It is very crowded place, in Covid situation there is no any regulation of Covid rules and staffs are also dont wear a mask, no sanitization e.t.c and staffs do not talk with customers in a proper way ,they also dont answer the customer problems,they just talk to customer like that it is his own private bank. There is no any sitting place for senior citizens, No water point, In one line, There is no any extra services for customers except banking work.Please, it is a request to cbi team members, go and learn that how to talk with customers.

Usually crowded. Since it has been the oldest Bank situated in Sahebganj, so no worry about that. Just keep that in mind before going in 😅😂

I think their staff should increase their way of talking and talk to every costumer with love

No cleaning and rude staff behavior.
