Very worst experience, i purchased 6kg whirlpool washing machine. After unpacking found that outer one side, there is major damage and try to communicate with shyam bhagat the owner of electronics plaza. He didnt pick the call and once connected and shared the details and he spoke rudely and said I am not responsible and this damage has been done from your side. On my personal experience I would suggest never go towards such cheater people.
