Staff is very helpful but not highly skilled in groundwater hydrological expertise to protect quality of the area.They just doing their 10-5 job, while most areas of Saharanpur district facing drinking water quality problems.

Very helpful operator and AE. Although it required many follow ups but they came and finished the job well. I give them benefit of festivals and hence still say good work. On the flip side JE sahab ka phone kabhi nahi milta. AE sahab is very approachable
