They forgot the appointment they scheduled for me. And when I got there and was welcomed by the first desk I ended up finding that none of the saunas, hamams, or steam baths were working because they were never turned on that day. They told me to wait 15 mins for the sauna to heat up from room temperature to working temperature, which sounds ridiculous (a sauna heats up in at least an hour), hence I packed up and left the place without using any utilities and without any massage in order not to be further disappointed. Not recommended.

Well, the moment we (my wife and I) called the place inquiring about the options, we were really surprised about the attitude, it was like we are about to step inside a vip service environment, they make you feel like, not anyone can come in and get a spa day, we said wow, ok, let us do it, regardless of price, we said we had a long week and we deserve a good spa day. The place is amazing, the decoration was wow, if you had a 5 out of 10 expectation level of having a relaxing day, the setup of the place would put that up to 10. We met the masseuses, they said we are from Bali, we were like wow, a professional Asian massage. 10 minutes passes, and I had to ask, do u guys have a flight to catch? They said no, I said OK, just to let u know we booked for an hour massage, and not less. Well, it turns out they didnt have a flight to catch nor they had an appointment to be, they were simply unprofessional, careless, employees, in which the only thing they cared about is opening and closing the air conditioner. The worst massage we ever got in our lives, what a disappointment! Never again for sure!

All employees of the establishment are smiling, interested, courteous and meticulous. It is impossible not to mention Mahsun Beys energy and interest in the lobby. Definitely a center that I can recommend in every aspect. A very clean and spacious place.

The peeling with foot massage at the newly launched ocean Spa Kartal branch today was excellent, I recommend a massage method that also relaxes the soul of the person, and the peeling products used were as high quality as its service. Now I realized that ocean eagle offers quality service, I recommend it to everyone. Their interested and smiling approach also attracts people.

The company that we have been serving for a long time.Mansur, especially with his smiling face, helpful behavior and wonderful positive energy, always helps us. All the staff do their best for you. It is a place you will never regret when you go. I recommend it to everyone. Greetings to Mr. Mansur.

I have been a member of this place since the beginning, they have excellent massage services, we can make quick appointments, we are very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone, thanks to the front office staff, they are interested, I recommend it to everyone,

As always, the address of relaxation, this establishment, which we receive as a massage package, is quite high quality. There are places such as fitness room, steam room, ice fountain, sauna, Turkish Bath, jacuzzi, vitamin bar. They perform massage service with professional masseurs. There are also VIP rooms for massage. I see the city as a place to try to relieve the fatigue and stress.

Its an incredibly calm, comfortable place where you can feel good. They give me such a nice massage that I dont mind if I go every day👏

First of all, there is a friend called Mahsun in the employees, he is very valuable and the dialogue with the customers is very good, I liquidate everyone

A lady named Eni was great at the massage. I found her energy experience officially healing. Thank you. It was like a labyrinth, urktum qzcik qmq anyway heheh

Happiness, being happy, for me, is the feeling of relaxation and relaxation you experience during the massage. Our happiness increases with Oceanspa...

Begenerek gidiyorum. Masaj sonrasi soda ucretli. Sakin ve huzurlu

Great place

The sauna has been closed for 1.5 years. Every time I go they say its usually open but closed today.

Ive never seen such an unrelated business before. They are interested until you sell the package, then you will not find anyone. I called 50 times at once and did not find someone interested, I do not recommend it to anyone. They will make a refund for 10 days. Every time I call, it has been forwarded to the accounting, it is said that your payment will be made today. This must be disgrace with your money.

I recommend it clean and the therapists are very experienced.

Whats the price

The services are fine and clean! I will definitely do it again! 👍🏻

Fantastic...

They deceive people very well about prices, they are forced to pay for the services you do not use, you experience a price limit after the quality of the massage.

Her massage is very good, but the customer management is zero, they received a double massage fee of 250 lira, which we talked to on the phone, as 400 lira. They also tried to climb to the top, saying we told you per person. I could not listen to the phone call because their phones were not recording audio. If you are going, I suggest you pay before the massage or talk about the fee again.

I am really pleased, I recommend it to everyone, they are very interested.

Ocean spa quality did not surprise us at the eagle branch, their attention was very good, we were very pleased with the massage, I wanted to share here. I highly recommend it. I hope they always continue like this

I have been coming for almost 3 years. I am satisfied
