Goyal Nursing Home is a very good hospital, here my fathers operation was done by Dr. Upsham Goyal and the behavior of a very good staff member here is very helpful..Dr Upsham Goyals behavior is very peaceful😊😊AndMy father is very satisfied from his surgery.....

I dont have any personal grudges with this hospital. But then, theres one incident that happened yesterday with my Grandma when she visited someone admitted in the hospital. My grandma is nearly in her 70s, not educated and during her visit, she wasnt aware of the fact that not many people are allowed with any patient in the room. It was so unfortunate, that Dr. Upsham Goyal visited the same patient in the same moment of my Grandmas presence and when he saw her sitting in the patients premises, he behaved with such humongous quantified disrespect and loud foul mouth with my grandma, that she immediately had to leave this hospital. When she came out, she went through a panic and anxiety attack. She cried badly alone, while sitting on the road for whatever happened with her inside.One big reason that Dr Upsham was able to talk with her so loudly and with so disrespect was that she was not accompanied by any man as well. Had she been with someone from her family, the doctor might not have behaved with disrespect and kept his voice in limit and his behavior definitely under control.My question, is this the way how an elderly uneducated woman deserves to be treated by so called Medicine Professionals in the country? Certainly not! People like Dr Upsham must learn to behave and deal with those who, by mistake, happen to break CoVid Protocols, just because not everyone around is educated enough. 🙏🏻Painful, pathetic and very disrespectful.

So its a recent and Personal incident happened with me at the reputed Hospital Goyal Nursing Home - As the Hospitals claim that the fees is valid for a time span of 10 days i.e. if you visit again you need not to pay againSo I went,within the mentioned span and was asked to pay the same amount again ,The moment I asked the clinic staff about the claim and refused to pay..they snatched the prescription from me and overwritten the note in front of me and I was told that the rules has been changed now and they forgot to update and its my wish either I need to pay and consult the doctor ,or I can simply leave

Good hospital, surgery is being done here. Dr SS Goyal is soft spoken doctor. Staff behaviour is also good.General cleanliness is satisfactory. But at last you will get a satisfied treatment in this hospital.
