I had to wait for about 2.5 hours before I could reach to the main customer executive. Even after that the wait was useless as he told me that the motherboard of my phone needs to be replaced and I need to come again for it as its not available at the centre. Its been about 15 days that I call and check for it but everytime I get the same response that its still not available and I should check after 2-3 days.
