Great and efficient staff which can solve your problem within few minutes.

Mostly people are un trainned and un professional, only 3 to 4 person seems to look professional or trained , rest looks like just as computer opertor type . Even they dont have manner how to talk with customers . . Sumsung should take care of all this . . . By this very bad and negative impression goes in public . Which is not good for the brand

I visited there for my damaged phone but firstly the staff was not professional, god knows what samsung are paying them for.
