Sad state of Cafe Coffee Day.I came here primarily because i was waiting for someone and thought I will order my regular cappuccino and chocolate pastry.The coffee was ok but the pastry was a disaster. It was I think very old and not properly stored since the texture was chalky and it tasted funny.

It is located on saharanpur-roorkee road. The location is good and easy to reach for the travellers. Its in the compound of hotel Clark international.

The first CCD outlet was set up on July 11, 1996, at Brigade Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka. It rapidly expanded across various cities in India adding more stores with more than 1000 cafés open across the nation by 2011.In 2010, it was announced that a consortium led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts would invest ₹10 billion (US$150 million) in Coffee Day Resorts, owned by the company. The same year, the logo was changed to the current logo, which the company stated was to showcase the chain as a place to talk. This was done with major changes in the layout of the stores, including the addition of lounges and a total revamp of the interiors.

Expectation vs reality? And bill was also not given!!

CCD on its own have an amazing ambience wherever you go but this particular one is cosy and have beautiful surrounding. The city has two, the other one is at court road but I love this one. I dont know maybe because its surrounded by more trees and who doesnt like to sip in some mocha in nature.

Ambience is good as is standard with all cafe coffee day outlets. Service was normal, we ordered smoked chicken sandwich and chicken tikka sandwich which came out cold from inside. And from cold I dont mean not warmed up, but cold as they come out from freezer.So I guess they were not careful enough towards the preparation of food, specially in cold temperatures.

Pathetic staff and services- cheap selection of beverages , unemployed , untrained illiterate staffs.Cheap is the word

The staff is not good. They just do arguments with you nothing else they offer. I visited this place and we had a meeting. We asked the staff to keep the music volume down so that we can discuss. After fees mins thy raised the volume and we again requested, but they didnt hear and raised the volume again to the max.

Coffee as always good. But dont eat sandwiches and burgers coz taste is average as compared to price. U can go Subway or other chains 2

Its good place to enjoy coffee with friends. They serve ☕coffee and many more 😋delicious food.

With the greenery on the sides and a look a sres potholes :-P This place is awesome combined with great coffee and a helping staff with an artificial coffee aroma youll be satisfied once you visit this place

Visited only few minutes after the daily opening, so, many of the items were not available. Had Garlic Bread and Classic Lemonade. Good Taste, Clean store, good staff.

The outlet if fine but the washrooms are very dirty. We took a stop thinking it would be hygienic but it was a nightmare.

Coffee is good as usual. Ambience is just ok. the noise from the road is a disturbance

My all time favourite place, devoid place, you can sit for hours over there...devils own and egg wrap is just incomparable..

Dirty and unkept cafe. AC not working. floors are not clean. walls not painted or wallpapered in ages. Court road CCD is way way better.

Ambiance is not so good they should modify furniture but I like having coffee here always
