Its a beautiful place there is many temples but now the pond is getting polluted.

It was amazing. There are lost of tempal and historical place. Its a peaceful place where you can sit and gate rest to you mind.

Its the best scenic beauty in the whole city..But need some human efforts to make it more gorgeous we need to stop the cattles roaming there and people shld not throw flowers etc in the water body

(BOAT HERE 10PM to 11PM.) ....Fancy a couple boating in dark silent water with an eccentric elderly chap, whose strong arms thrust the water away with two long woodden sticks as the echo of water responds and mixes with echoes of mantras in a distant temple at the shore. All this accompanied by with annecdotal snaps of how this place used to be 20, 30, 40 years ago, and how had been the history of Saugor (or if you call it by popular title Sagar).It was a moment stolen from paradise. If you ever get to visit this city, do reach to Chakraghat by 9:30PM, find the boatman and tell him to take you to a round of the city in his boat, and next half an hour will be as divine as you can imagine.

I will say its a nice place to come in morning time for spending some quality time, but not as clean as you like to, located in middle of the city.
