Restorent service was not good... Food taste is very poor.... Total waste of money

No WiFi , No DTH connection, Intercom also not working, Not a single hanger for hanging cloths. Worst experience I have.

Worst hotel ever... Very rude staff.. food is not eatable.. and they cheat... Yesterday they cheated me. They first let me see the menu and when the order is arrived the said menu me purane rates likhe the and Ill have to pay more .. very worst service i got there and they did returned my remaining money.. they just said that they have already gave me.. i strongly dont recommand to this hotel😠😠😠😠

Good service and rooms

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days during the marriage at Sagar. Hotel rooms was spacious and cleaned. Hotel has its own restaurant whose food is very good. Tandoori roti was very good. I recommend one to have it if you stayed in this hotel. Hotel staff is very cooperative. One can had food either in rooms or on restaurant with same price means they dont charge extra if you ask food in your room. Hotel doesnt provide free pick-up drop from station but they can arrange on charge basis.My overall experience in this hotel was too good. If you want to stay in Sagar near by chaitanya hospital 🏥 then Ill recommend you to opt for this hotel.

Nice hotel

My stay was splendid as I had no concern with the facilities nor with the services. Accommodation was also good. There was no complimentary breakfast, no free WiFi facility and location wise it is located within the city area.

Nice hotel with world class amenities inside, well maintained property very well designed and interior designing was done with perfection each and every thing you will see will contribute to have a good ambiance. Food is really very good but the best thing i found is Hot Coffee i bet if you havent tasted coffe of this place you dont know the meaning of it. The best coffee in the town i think in whole Madhya Pradesh. The place has two roop top restaurant with the best best view from there.

This place is decent. I am only giving it 3 stars because the room and room service is ok. It doesnt have a luxury feel which they are trying to do. For Saugar it is decent and does the job if you just want to stay for a day or two. Roof sitting arrangement was great and I enjoyed it.

Best hotel in SAGAR and rooms are excellent. Restrurent is also best. Manager sagar do excellent. He treat costumers as family members

With very few options in sagar, and so far being the only restaurant offering rooftop ambience, it is an okay place to visit. its an okay-ish place with a good variety in veg food but the service is really slow.
