It is a multistory building of Dr. H. S. Gour central university have two floors. Also known as Mahariahi Kanaad bhawan, mainly functioning for classes of Under graduate B.Sc. students. I have attending classes here from 2018 session when it was inaugurating newly. It is well furnintured, Wifi enabled, toilets on every floor with cctv servilence. It is one of the well decorated building of University teaching department.

This situated behind the chemistry department and also known as maharishi kanaad bhawan.Classrooms are well managed. CCTV survilence.

World class infrastructure...lovely environment.....but the road connecting it to main road is not good.

Lecture coplex is a new department or building of University teching department (utd) class room are very good and sitting is also nice ....Every room of lecture complex has a projector for disital study it gives very good atmosphere for student in study..
