I would love to come again and would highly recommend it.I recommend the hotel to have Halal food considered in their menu and to give more training to the people who works at the pool and the spa. They talk without proper eye contact and not really as nice and trained as reception.

This is resort is amazing!We spent 12 nights and there was plenty to keep the kids occupied.Staff are all amazing, super helpful and very accommodating to special requests wherever possible.By far one of the best Marriott Properties which Ive been to.Keep up the great work Ellene and team!

My hotel experience! Spacious rooms, modern design, salty warm swimming pools are so good I loved it, but Team at the reception and restaurant most of them are so BAD!! to take my orders. For lunch time I ordered two meals and it took more than one hour to deliver my food.

Absolutely the best hotel in Georgia, and most probably among the best few in the entire world! Magnificent 110 meters long heated pool with sea water, huge, spacious rooms with all the amaneties and extremely comfortable bed, fantastic park surrounding the hotel, nice tennis courts, football and basketball fields, pool, table tennis, chess, bicycles, whatever! Breakfast is very good, with huge variety of choice. The restaurants are also nice, especially the Dialogue. Id say the food is moderately priced for a 5-star hotel, however, it would be better to have a bigger variety in the menu. Drinks are rather expensive! All in all, fantastic hotel! An absolute must see! The spa is also great, saunas, jacuzzi, everything else, including a massive aquarium with rear fish species!!! Highly recommend!!!

I really recommend Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, its 5 star reosrt, clean and modern resort. They have two swimming pools one indoor and the other one outdoor. I highly recommend to have at least two nights. I would love to came again.

Very welcoming staff, the room size was big enough and nicely decorated, we had nice view to the beach and the park from the balcony. The breakfast was outstanding with many different selections. The pool was amazing and clean with perfect water temperature. In short we was in love with everything. 😘😘 Thank you paragraph ❤️

Wow, the rooms are amazing, the restaurants are just top Chef food.I recommend the Dialoge restaurant with good quality food.The view is amazing.However, the hotel staff does not know how to speak Russian and English well, which sometimes creates communication problems. I also experienced a long wait at the check in, and noticed this problem with other guests.Beside this, one of the best hotels Ive been in.

The hotel went deeply down compare to last year!Still same price but service is far below Marriott standards.I ask duty manager and after 20 minutes they told me she is home but she will come soon.Really ashamed!Was not expecting this from bonvoy member hotel!Would love that finally someone from this hotel contact me and handle on a professional manner.

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilitiesThe experience was however bit dampened by poor management on several levels…1. reception messing up our stay extension (even prepaid) and locking us out with baby from the room multiple times. I have stayed in all sorts of premium hotels and it was first time I felt staff being so uncaring about such inconvenience caused by their own mistakes, or shutting you out pretty much in your swimming suit from elevator access as soon as they thought you didn’t pay for the room exactly at 12:00.. and this is after we already spent 5k in 3 days2. Very slow room service with waiter at some point fully disappearing on us as he promised to correct mistaken food delivery3. My friend sent us surprise champagne into our room, but hotel presented as its own present and we found out our friend treated us only weeks later by chanceThere were few more examples related to staffing across the various service categories. The smoothest service was car parking by the valetSo overall beautiful hotel but needs to improve management to remain successful in long term

Nice place, very unique, has an aqua park, cinema, skybar, crazy walkthrough aquarium. But all of the service is very slow, we were waiting for a coffee for like 20 minutes at breakfast, room service or any requests take half an hour... Didnt expect that.

Perfect!!! It is really the best hotel, it has everything. The style, the activities are perfect.It has aquarium, warm swimming pools with also aqua park, the spa is amazing, the sea and the sand is just outstanding!!The staff are so friendly and always smiling.I recommend!

Very good hotel and worth the price .

Although far from Batumi (about 50 minutes drive), this resort provides luxury stay.Right at the entrance, youll see a huge (!) aquarium with lots of different kinds and sizes of fish, small sharks, etc. Fascinating stuff.Among other facilities in this hotel, youll enjoy a gigantic swimming pool and waterslides that are tall, long and super fun - for the young and old.The hotels staff is very helpful and always close by.Rooms are very spacey, clean and well maintained.We happen to stay in a room located in the top floor with a view of the pool and ocean. Sunsets were breathtaking.Great value for money.

Meh- for the price and in this country you would expect a lot more. Can’t eat at the restaurant unless you make a reservation two days in advance and no room service except from 11pm to 7:59am. They closed the beach both days of our stay and there are no lifeguards at the water slides. In fact they turned off and closed the slides while my son was in the slide and turned off the water- he had to run down. We had a better time for a third the price at the Hilton in Batumi.

If you don’t mind horrible service then the stay here won’t be troubling. They really need to train their staff on how to deal with international customers and most of them barely speak any English. My rooms AC wasn’t working and it took them 1 hour to understand that my AC wasn’t working and another 1 hour to send someone to fix it even though we contacted reception like 10 times!Rooms are good and the hotel has good amenities like a large pool and water slides but then again all that becomes pointless when a hotel which comes under the Marriott hotel umbrella has such subpar service.

In my onion not on a 5 star standard. Staff is extremely unaccomodating. I.e I couldnt order wine to the room 8pm as they only do room service from 10pm at night. I also couldnt order only a omelette for breakfast to the room, I apparently have to pay for the buffet when ordering breakfast to the room. The restaurant is closed from 6 to 7. Many things take away from the experience you expect from 5 star. The guest should always come first and try to be accommodated, but apparently not there.

The hotel is supernice. The room hotel was supernice. I loved the aquarium and the pools. The only thing they need to improve is the food. The dialogue restaurant is good, but the prologue, the sky bar or the room service are disappointing. The dough of the pizza was undercooked, the pasta overcooked...and there are no options for breakfast. If you happen to only want some eggs or a toast this is not a possibility here. You have to pay for all the buffet.

We were refused entry because we didn’t have a reservation. There are so many scams here it’s necessary to visit before booking. We will book another hotel that understands hospitality

Good family resort. It seemed like they were under staffed, majority of the staff were trainees and their lack of experience in customer service was obvious. Hope they would overcome this situation soon. Wish them all the best.

Overrated, overpriced, not a 5 Star hotel from any angle. Most staff are bitterly untrained, not helpful or even friendly. The hotel is covered in an ugly and cheap-looking plastic fassade. Food is average, really nothing special. The rooms are spacious but no eye for details. Check-in and check-out was chaotic, not welcoming or professional. Beach is not great, many parts of the hotel are not well maintained. Ridicolous considering how much they charge.

The hotel itself is nice and beautiful but the service is awful to say the least. The variety of food in restaurants is also poor.Misinformed at the reception, skipped housekeeping, bad experience at the restaurant- just to name a few. Be ready to be literally kicked off from the hotel even with a small kid when you are checking out. They would not allow you to use neither restaurants nor swimming pool after the checkout. First time I see such a negligent attitude at a 5 star hotel towards your guests. Worst experience for a $300/night stay. It’s a shame Marriott!

Best hotel in country, lots of landmarks inside, Aquarium is amazing, inside garden is so calming and beautiful with exotic plants. Restaurants have delicious Georgian food, restaurant service was slow (because it is busy mostly) . Hotel staff is very friendly, everybody does speak english. Hotel room was Deluxe , big space with beautiful view. Nice spa center. prices are expensive.

I am disappointed to know that House Keeping is only from15:00 till 18:00. This is so uncommen in Marriott brand; not even in 2 stars. Moreover, 40% of the occupants are from Arabian Gulf and Outside Georgia, and They dont have adaptor for my electrical charging. And they secluded with no supporting shop and grocery. When I have asked they told me nicely we dont support. If residences of the hotel dont have this type adoptor, you are in trouble. Disappointed. But the Property is amazing and and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is good. But… Attention to the management!!!Please train the staff in SPA.This was a nightmare.Manicure: the manicurist doesn’t sterilize a manicure set. She USED a dirty one with SKIN on it!!!!! This spa should be shut down immediately !! We are not talking about even Covid precautions now. It’s just simple sanitary rules. Brrrr.LPG: the girl wasn’t aware of what she is doing. She is not following the lpG protocol. But what I’m talking. The rules and protocol are not for this place. She was sitting and sleeping!!! Literally!! She just closed her eyes.The staff at the front desk are not far from it. It looks like I annoyed them when I asked them to give me a tea. Most of all, they forgot about my treatment. They were to busy playing on their phone rather than check why the client was sitting there.Dear management , you have such a nice facility. Please don’t ruin it. You just need to pay more attention to train the staff. They are nice people, but you need to control, monitor and teach them.I’ll post this everywhere, I don’t want such a great place in my favorite country to get down. I’ll get to the owner if I need so if the management doesn’t care. But for a while I canceled all my appointments at spa. It’s an anti hygiene place for now.

This was one of my all time favorite places in the entire country.Lika at the front desk helped me as I accidentally double booked so she made sure I was charged only once.My room was amazing. The views spectacular and the food was divine.You walk in and the first glimpse you get is an amazing aquarium that would make Sea World jealous. Past that is a spectacular view of the beach with the most amazing pool I have ever seen.I visited three restaurants and none disappointed.There are water slides and an amazing spa.I wish I could have spent two weeks at this place. The baby loved it. The rooms ultra modern and each room with its amazing view of the Black Sea. They have yoga available, a kids area that offers babysitting. Can’t say enough about this wonderful location. It should be on everyone’s bucket list to stay there at least a week to truly enjoy living in the lap of luxury.

Great place but the food will take 2 hours to come

What is good there is verity of the experiences, shore, nice swimming pool indoor and outdoor, sports playground, nice park in a walking distance, quite good restaurant and bar, nice facilities for the business, very good place to spend time with you family, very nice large aquarium. Hotel looked to me similar to the large hotels in Dubai, its quite nice, but some times you find some small stuff, like not quite logical room lighting switches, large rooms but design is not flawless. Nevertheless, i do recommend it if you look for all inclusive option.

Beautiful hotel. Some restaurants were closed due to covid restrictions. The ones that were open closed at 9pm and it was room service only after that. The room was very clean and we had an ocean view. The food was OK. The sky bar had a very basic menu and the other restaurant offered a buffet. Amazing aquarium and indoor garden.

Spa and aqua zone are amazing however it seems that rooms are avaliable for parties and it was noise all night long. Worst experience for this money.

Check in - it was awesome. Well organized; very fast and we have enjoyed the room with ample time. During our stay - all parts of the hotel are truly lovely and wonderful.Staff are amazing and I find it really nice that they take time to ask your name and address you in your first name which finds me really comfortable and well respected.There are so many activities in the hotel. Very relaxing spa and pool areas are extraordinary. The food is also very fresh and with good quality, combining local traditional elements with European cousin. Incredible hotel, if you can stretch your budget its worth visiting to experience this unique place

Poor service. Took me 50 minutes to check in. They couldnt find on the system that we used government rate, so they decided to charge us more and later return the money on the card. I called reception 3 times to get tooth paste in my room and after long 55 minutes i finally got it. Restaurant was fully booked, so we had to eat bar food and snacks. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are clean and big, the pool is huge, but the service is bad.

Chose Paragraph Shekvetili for Winter family vacation. The Hotel, design, cleanliness are all superb. The food and variety is disappointing. The staff are doing their best but definitely needs more professionalism. Maybe it is the culture that affects the behavior. The facilities are limited if the weather is not promising. You would be literally stuck in hotel without any entertainment. Otherwise outdoor and the pine forest is lovely for recreation. There is nothing around or vicinity of the hotel. So you are obliged to the hotel grounds and restaurants unless you have a car. Kids club is clean but limited. And it is absolutely awkward that the entrance is from outside that you gotta walk outdoors a bit to get there.

It was a wonderful stay in great atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful nature and very friendly staff. All rooms are nice, clean and in perfect condition. Great views and plenty of nice facilities for 4-season travelers. Once you step into the hotel, everything is prepared to enable you to pamper yourself and to take liberty of bring your fantasy into reality. For sure, I will be right back!

Absolutely fabulous resort : Excellent location, the territory is massive and has everything you need. .. It has everything what a person can wish for, delicious food, you can get literally everything. Absolutely magic views, beautiful and very clean room and comfortable bed, wonderfully friendly and helpful stuff. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place for family and friends .I visited Paragraph hotel with my mom. She had a birthday and shes got a birthday cake with very warm and kind congratulation as a present from the hotel, professionalism of the staff is beyod expectantions.The hotel is neat and clean as brand new, winter garden is amazing.Everything was just amazing! Loved every moment of our stay.

We spent a great time at the Paragraph. We have a family event and hotels team did everything to make it really special for us. Few days before coming I was contacted by service team member and asked if we have any preferences or if we have any special occasion during our stay. It was extremely pleasant. The whole big team is working to make your stay really special and you can feel it every minutes everywhere. I would strongly recommend Paragraph to everybody who needs to spend great time in outstanding environment of Paragraph with the best service in the best premises in Georgia!

Despite the rainy weather, we spent a marvelous time.The pool with sea water was great. slides are fun both for children and elder ones.you can relax in Winter Garden, spent some solo time, reading a book or watching sea view.im sorry we couldnt swim in sea, because of weather, because i adore the black sea.overall the stay was very exiting, we spent 2 pleasant days together and would love to come back

Lovely experience, truly relaxing. However, i have to mention the exceptional customer service delivered by the staff (especially receptionist ilona) as their attentiveness was what made the experience extra special. The hotel owner should be proud that he has staff thats willing to go above and beyond for his guest and always have a warm genuine smile on their faces.The facilities in the room are extraordinary from any other 5 star hotel ive stayed in. Having the option to control the AC in multi rooms/spaces at different temperature levels was fantastic. I really enjoyed the fact that i could find my way to the toilet at night without turning on the light as the toilet was fitted with a night vision light; that was extremely cool and helpful. A decent hair dryer and an excellent selection of toiletries was provided. The Swedish massage i had on the last day was the best ive had and was reasonably priced for a British person but is expensive for Georgians (maybe something to think about). Ive paid similar in London and it wasnt as good as this. Would pay the expense of staying in the hotel again just to experience the massage again. I cant remember the masseuses name but i believe she was from Thailand I hope she remains employed for my next visit :-) . My massage was @09:00 on the 19th July; please pass on my recommendation to the necessary personnels regarding the masseuse and receptionist staff, including room service staff who were also courteous and warm.

We had such a relaxing holiday stay in the Paragraph. Plenty of amenities & activities for both adults and children make the property a destination of its own. Hospitality and services exceeded our expectations.Our great experience begun with a call to hotels Reservations. All questions were professionally handled by Irma, who was quick to answer follow up emails and even didnt hesitate to call us while still abroad. That set a right tone for our stay even before our arrival to Georgia. At check-in we were greeted by Lika, who then called Rooms Operations Manager Nino to come over and welcome us personally. Both of them made us feel that our arrival was much anticipated and appreciated. During the stay Nino inquired us for remarks and suggestions on their services and hardware. We heard the same questions on our check-out from Salome - all that proves that the associates do care about opinions and are eager to improve all aspects of guests experience. We felt a genuine hospitality from all the employees, although only a few names lasted in our memory. Among them is Ia from the 7th floor lounge bar, as well as Natalia and Nino, great therapists from the SPA. I also have to mention professional approach from the SPA reception desk associates as well as a very caring attitude from the breakfast venue manager.Both suites were spacey, ergonomically designed, equipped with brand new furniture and kept very clean during our stay.The beach, although small, was kept clean. Sea water was very transparent and without any floating garbage.

We spent 2 nights at the Paragraph resort in June. The hotel was great. It is very clean and spacious.The rooms are comfortable and indulging, the amenities are fun and well kept. The food in the restaurant was great. The staff were always kind and helpful.We had a great experience and I cant wait to go back there.

Wow, what a gem near the Batumi resort in Georgia. This superbly constructed hotel owned by Marriott is part of the autograph collection - a collection of luxury and unique hotels. Paragraph is one of them, and is one of the most beautiful locations we stayed at. The indoor aquarium is beautiful, the water slides are fun, the indoor garden is fantastic, not to mention the private beach and the outdoor pool overlooking the sunset. The rooms are jaw dropping and impeccable. Highly recommended to stay for at least one night!

I loved my stay in the hotel. It is not a first Marriott hotel I have stayed in but here everything was wonderful! The nice surprise for my friend who has a birthday was so beautiful and touching. The stuff was amazing.Everything in the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Usually I am more summer person than winter one. This is my third time i visited Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili in winter and I think this is the best relaxing place in Georgia you can find.The Aquarium is so stunning you can seat at - whole day, a specially my kids loved watching them.This hotel is best for both Business and family purposes. Its Kids club is just the dream for parents, you can leave your kid to play there and be sure he will have 100% of attention. And my favorite third part of this hotel is its Spa and swimming pools.Thank you so much for such a great experience!

As a thank you to my Georgian host friend, I was so pleased that I could in turn host her and share our first, (but hopefully not last) stay at this magnificent hotel. It is one of our lifetime special memories. The creative architecture and the reality of the hotel itself provide the ultimate enhancement of this panoramic vista on the Black Sea. Every detail offers more wow including the marine themed colors, the wave patterns in the carpets and tiles; the surround aquarium has helpful interactive learning of the names of a wide variety of healthy fish. The childrens pools and play areas would be fun for all ages. The spa area includes every choice of extra pampering. The wide variety of quality food was well prepared; the service was unsurpassable. Our hotel room met every need for relaxing and sleeping. We wished well the fortunate couple who had their wedding photos taken within this superlative venue. We hope to give this experience to other family members, friends and of course again ourselves.
