Okay ! So the experience I had after a tiring 12 hours drive was worse! The first room that was provided to us had sticky floor , unclean bed sheet, stained blanket , an extremely dirty toilet and the corridor we passed through had overflowed dustbin, unwahsed bedsheets and towels at the corner and off course muddy floor ! Eventually i had to asked for a better room and they show us another two rooms at the first floor and selected one , comparatively it was better but the same sticky floor and unclean bedsheet and had to settle for less as we had no option for staying at that late hour !

DISAPPOINTING experience for deluxe room due to the following reasons:1. No hot water to bath even in the cold of January.2. Very slow room service3. Not even a Bisleri bottle (Rs.10) in the room which costs Rs. 2100 for 12 hours4. Super stiff and thick pillows. I couldnt sleep all night5. All night I was disturbed with the traffic noise in the room, as if I was sleeping on the road. No soundproof/ sound reducing glass on the huge window of the room. Moreover there were several shifting, drilling, thumbing sounds coming from the above floor throughout the night.6. One cant have one light switched on. Either we need to switch off all the lights or switch on minimum two. Hence, Wastage of electricity.7. They dont even offer a bedsheet beneath the blanket. The blanket is used by several customers and it is obvious that it wont be dry cleaned or washed after every use. So it is a compromise on the hygiene of customers. Even rhe bedsheets were dirty.8. No towels, bathroom slippers, air freshener, exhaust fan in the washroom. Moreover it stinked !9. The reception people are rude. Zero hospitality

Good staff. They know how to talk with guests. I stayed for a night on my way from Hyderabad to Agra. The food served there was delicious. It in centre of market area where you can get anything required. It is a good deal worth value for money. Ill suggest this hotel if you want to start from here early morning and reach late evening or else there might be huge traffic.

Worst experience apart from bathroom nothing was good to see or feel. bed sheets, curtains, towel nothing was clean.TV not working, even after requesting many times no response from hotel staff. intercom phone was not working...if you need anything you need to go to reception. one wall near to bed was totally wet. I will never recommend any traveller.

The hotel is an old house with dirty room, linen, wash room. Moreover, the tap water in washroom stinks & the mgnt is insensitive towards it. I had taken room in this hotel as i could not get room in others becoz of heavy marriage season booking. Regret my choice, it was better to sleep on bench in some park. Avoid it if you want to stay fit & healthy.
