Very Unprofessional & No Technical Knowledge......Worst Interior Designer Services in the cityI took services of Dezine Shell, point of contact being Saransh for the planning of my new house & modifications in existing part, interiors and execution. On the very first day, I paid 40% of the agreed upon amount so that there happens no slack in work. Saransh came for taking the dimensions and the requirements. However, when I received the drawing, there were faulty dimensions captured and the requirements were not taken care of and it was a pathetic example of planning. I asked to reiterate as per the deal but the iterations were never correct and things continued to be missing from it.Apart from this I experienced the following1. There was a lack of professionalism and I never received any drawing on time and had to get the work done basis my understanding with the contractor, plumber, electrician and other stakeholders.2. The drawings were not perfect and lacked a lot of basic understanding, plumbing lines were crossing beams and columns, electric lines were not planned.3. The payment was agreed in three phases: Advance, after electric lines completion and after completion, however there were regular demands of amount in every visit.4. While scheduling Saranshs visit in order to accordingly align the visits of carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc. I had to call him so many times. Every time, he used to come up with an excuse and cancelled the visit at the last moment and I ended up bearing extra labour cost which was not required on that day plus I also lost in terms of time of execution.5. I took services because of lack of time so that the execution can be done by them, however the visits were made just to add to the count and ask for money, there was no value addition.6. Saransh refused to share the autocad files which we agreed for at the time of signing the deal.7. He never showed up during execution and I had to take care of the entire execution.8. He promised to arrange the best workforce however the contacts that he provided were very costly and left in the middle, not to say again with lack of professionalism.9. Even after agreeing at an amount, Saransh increased it by 20% and when I refused to pay it, he used abusive words (worst of them) over the call.All and all I lost the entire advance amount without any value addition. Finally I ended the deal with him.

I definitely recommend Saransh Tajpur and his team as they were very easy to work with. They took the effort to find out our preferred style and colour scheme and easily adjusted whenever we wavered. They had lots n lots of options for us to select from where ever we were in dilema of what to choose and what not to choose.Everything was handled very professionally by him and his team. We are really enjoying our house in Bhopal and have got lots of compliments. Now we are working on our another home nearby only.Saransh and his team at Design Shell went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with every minute detail that too under our budget. Our client relationship has blossomed into a friendship.Thanks Saransh and Design Shell team.
