The behaviour of owner/staff (not sure he was a staff or owner) is not good and very arrogant. I went to buy a smart tv and was asking for latest model but the owner/staff was arguing with me about model & manufacture year.He was trying to tell me that customer are doing mistake by taking latest model, they should take old model. I dont know, what was his problem.May be, he is not interested to sell product.

I have given one star since there is no other option. This particular electronics shop is selling defective products to all.The behavior towards customer is very arrogant. During your visit he will behave customer very friendly.But after selling product his behavior will changed.

The service is pathetic.We bought a product that was faulty.Owner kept on insisting that the problem is in our electric wiring.However when we confronted him with the electrician who had done the wiring and all of our house he had no other option but to replace.But for that we had to make several trips to his shop .The behavior too was pathetic.The owners are very arrogant.

Worst ever customer service.Sells the product and never attends call if someone problem arise inthe product.Bad behaviour,shouldnt buy anything from here,overpriced .
