Basically it is a residential area near iit ropar transit campus. Facilities reagarding accommodation are not good. You have to travel to nearby market for ur every basic need. Good point is main market is around three km from this place. Also if u want to reside at this place { rent} then u have to pay rent at par with the chandigarh.
