I booked blood sample collection from home. But they didnt come to take and collect sample. I called them at 9:45 am. .its been 2 hour 15 min. Every time i called them they told mam we will come within 15 min max. But doesnt come till now. Worst experience ever. Atleast they should give exact response on queries so that I can arrange my test at some other location. Worst service.

Situated on government hospital road near government civil hospital, Micro lab, is good destination for patients who needs, accurate results of their samples, almost all body related investigation are available here, where patients safety is keep in mind while collecting theirsamples

Very low customer service if you have any aproch or relevent there you may go for it, very rude staff i am going there 10 Am and they said time one hour but my number came 2:30PM and this is not only me ,all the other patients had same problem

May be a good lab nd crowded almost everytime but they dont know how to attend a patient waiting is too long they dont work in sequence. Pick people randomly . You cannot be sure how much time you gona waste here.Managment is poor coordination between departmemts is even worse. Hugggghhhhh Bad experince...

Best lab in Ropar city.....But to much crowded sometimes....City wants one more branch.... 🙏🙏🙏
