Unprofessional customer service . Acting purely like a grocery store versus a customer oriented operations . No provision for spares when required to provide a backup in case of warranty issues .Made me feel like I did not buy the scooter from Suzuki but in piece parts from different suppliers as support for each part is dealt as per supplier terms and no obligation on Suzuki .Strongly recommend NOT TO BUY any vehicles from this showroom as services is a nightmare.
