Worst experience, manager was rude, we bought a dress and gave it to them for alteration and specifically told them 4-5 time to not cut the clothes from inside so that if it doesnt fit or needs to loosen up a little we would be able to do it if theres a spare cloth available inside, and we told it specifically to the billing lady and the staff who took the measurements and when we came there the next day to pick up the product, we took it home and after trying it was a little tighter and I saw the tailor has cut the clothes inside so its not possible to loosen the cloth because there isnt any extra clothes available to do so. When we went to the store to return the cloth first of all the staff well very rude, they kept us waiting for an hour making excuses that the sales girl isnt here yet we saw her and after telling them that the whole story they refused to return the dress, we had an argument about that they are wrong to do this and when we specifically told them not to cut the dress, just make it a little tighter then why did they cut the dress as it is now ruined. They humiliated us in front of all the staff and we very rude and they we talking very rudely and using very bad words. It was an expensive dress and after all those arguments we came home with the same ruined dress as they refused to exchange the dress.It was a horrible experience.
