Very clean station and SBM toilet is available hear.
A very good railway station, train have long stoppages here. Minimum 10 minutes for express trains
Lack of adequate general waiting room, there is no wheelchair accessible footover bridge to switch platforms, if you are carring bulky luggage then you have to take coolie or have to reach before time or you have to give your adequate strength to climb stairs with heavy luggage 😀 upper class waiting rooms is not perfectly designed, and toilets are not clean and too small, I have shared some pic for your reference. Connecting train availability is very good 👍 if I could precisely rate rourkela railway station,i will give it 2.7*

Good but very less food vendors
The response of the security and railway staff is worst I accept they might be frustrated by dealing different kinds of people but as they accepted to do the job they should be patient. Its not all passengers are irresponsible some might be but they should not behave the same way with everyone. Im sorry to notice such kind of behavior
Place is clean.................but somewhere there are dirt and garbages thrown..............government should charge amount for those who throw things on the station.............its a good station.........drinking water facility is available.........................
