Directly wanted me to active for 6 month of pack when I said I just need a few day validity to open my uninstalled watsapp .

Good customer service for Basic stuff like SIM Card related services. Advanced service request may not be swift.The problem is Modi Govt purposefully weakened BSNL so that Ambanis JIO could prosper.Hence, BSNL is now a Handicapped Entity.Speaking about the Office, one could avail Aadhar related services as well. Its quick just like other SIM Card related services. It has a Wheelchair friendly entrance so it shouldnt be a problem for our Specially abled Brothers & Sisters.(The Irony in the Second Image is that the Pen used in the office has Royal Challengers mentioned in it. As many of us know the infamous Vijay Mallya is the owner of Royal Challengers who fled the Country & owe more than Rs1000Cr to the Country. Also one of the reasons why BSNL is in the dilapidated situation as we see it today.)

This needs a lot improvement . I feel this place has to be monitored for each and everything.

I went there to get a new connection. But neither did I get any information with clarity nor the people working there treated like a perspective customer. I waited around 30min there and after that I got vauge information. I am giving 2 star since I didnt expect much.

Do not go for bsnl fiber if you are from sector 16,17,18Bsnl services were already very bad like any other government services and for fiber connection they have added vendors who will be providing you the connection which is further making it worse. Once u apply for a connection or if there is any issue you will be ghosted. Do not expect any response from vendors they will either not pick your call or give silly reason.If you are lacking harassment in your life feel free to opt for bsnl fiber services, you wont be disappointed

This is Main Bsnl office of Rourkela city, you can change your old bsnl sim or new sim

Someone saying BSNL as Bhai Sahab Nahin lagega. Proved almost correct. Went to replace Sim. But no link. BSNL selling spectrum to other but they dont have link. Waited 2 hours then returned. Next time could able to replace. Sim charged 50/- without money receipt. Ok. But later connection supplied

Nearest to The Bus Stand and Railway station via ring road aside by Head Post Office , Rourkela.

Reception desk is cordial. Most of the SIM related problems are easily solved by the people at Reception only. Only proof of identity is required, for various BSNL related works and hence must be carried along.

Good place for all things related to BSNL.

One of the two offices of govt. of india enterprise BSNL in Rourkela. As a typical govt. organization this as well functions like one, complete babu culture. Work will start only by 10AM till 12 PM, then after lunch it will open for 1 hour 3 to 4 PM. So getting your work done from here is a task. Employees are non helping and reluctant to work or resolve your problems.
