It has been more than two months since I have requested for deposit refund and disconnection . Modems and cable has been collected but still I am waiting for refund.I am the one who is following up with mails and calls. Once you plan to go for disconnection, Khet will show you its true colours.

I live in a area where finding a reliable and fast internet connection is really difficult. The only options I had were BSNL, Railwire, Ortel or KNET but thankfully I went with KNET. The speed is consistent all the time and whenever theres some issue, they fix it within few hours. I wont lie, sometimes I did face a downtime of around 2 days but they refunded me the amount for those 2 days (that just happened only once). I had been using KNET since last 5 months and I am happy with the service.The only trouble I faced was when I changed my address. They took around 28 days to get a new connection to my place (as the new address was really far away from their nearest hub).But anyway if you live in a area like Bondamunda... I would highly suggest you to get the connection!! Its the best at this price.

So its been 6 months since I switched to K Net Broadband Services. Must say it is one of the best. The ISP support is just outstanding. I have a 5 mbps plan and the speed often matches it. Must Better than my previous ISP..

Have been chasing for internet connection for past 20 days, there isnt any response.Thye keep on posting ads on Facebook pages, but dont respond to people when they reach for New connection. Hypocrisy at its peak.

Excellent would be an understatement for the service they provide. Completely reliable and almost zero downtime service Even if there is a downtime, just a call to the customer care would make the internet up and running in about 2-3 hours. And yes they have a good customer care unlike the other infamous service provider. Plans are a little pricey but they are totally worth it.

K-net Broadband service is a boon for Senior citizens, I thank the team from the bottom of my heart & vouch for the service. I have recommended the service to a lot of My Railway senior citizen friends, who are living alone & can avail the benefit.Employees of the company are friendly. They respond to all my queries immediately. God damn internet speed. East or west K-net is best.

Good ISP. Fiber connection at an average price. Connections everywhere except sector.Update : After using it for 9 months. I can say that this ISP is really good if you dont have Jio Fiber at your area. The speed is satisfying.The best part is their customer service. They will literally fix your connection in minutes or hours if you have any problems. If at all they have problems at their ends, they will promptly comply if you ask them if the internet is down. I use 100GB-10MBPS (1MBPS post FUP) and speed is really good.I get almost 40-70 ms while playing on Indian server and almost 70-100 ms on SEA server. Packet loss NIL. I have checked on several occasions.The wifi router which they give you is really sad so you might as well get a new router for yourself. To increase connectivity.

Not customer friendly, working with them from last one week for new connection and still not got the connection. The technician are not answering the call replying via whatsapp as if they are fearing something..Now when I contacted the customer support they are saying will take more 10-15 days..Never will suggest to anybody..
