Good service but area need more maintenance

Its a Okay Okay type service centre of TATA motors. Although its the oldest service centre of TATA motors in the city but as there is no competition in the authorised service centre market here so you cant even go for an alternative. Although staff here are courteous polite and professional there is no complaint regarding the staff. but it seems the service centre lack resources. They could have been better regarding customer lounge etc.

Good behaviour, but parts availability a big problem. It takes 7 days minimum for any part

Mechanical parts are less costlier than the labour or so called service charge...which is practically not good at all

I went for a mirror for my Tata zest xt. The stock was not there. If a showroom have no solution then it is disappointing. I purchased this from Sambalpur.

No maintenance,No arrangements for customer to sit and watchAap ka dhyan hata or we oil change kar diyeNot skilled machanic is available there..After washing inside is very poorly cleanedI will give 10 out of 4 only
