Worst service... Rooms are smelling bad..room lights and charging plug not working properly.... if you order a water bottle they will serve you after 40min... Car parking problem....Mosquito bites.... mosquito coils or liquid not available.... Very bad experience... dont prefer this hotel... waste of money and time

Bad experience. Its said to be of economy standard but we experienced nothing of such standard. The lift was not working (That they didnt mention about at the time of booking, even though the repair work was going in since days.) and we were given a room at the fourth floor. The bed & pillow covers were yellowish & unclean, even the ones we asked them to replace was similar. The water jug & glasses were not properly clean. However, the bottled water, that we requested for, was good & saved us from remaining thirsty. Being a senior citizen, it was very difficult for me to climb up & down the stairs. They couldnt relocate our room in any first floor accomodation as they said that the hotel was full. We had to stay on the fourth floor as we had booked for our stay since morning & had checked in around 11pm.We had to stay there for the night.We stayed there for a single day only.*Among all the comfortless & tiring experience the Morning Breakfast, served in the room, was like a boon. It was good & tasty. It soothed our irritation & anger to a large extent.*We had checked out, after placing our complaints at the cash counter, with no harsh feelings.The location of the hotel is good as it is beside the main road & is easily approachable. The management, but, should inform the customers, who are booking ahead of arriving, of the room & also about any existing breakdown condition(s) such as of the lift (we faced.) . .Should we look forward for better treatment? . .

As its located on the main road itself so location wise its very conveniently located. The hotel is very good as well. Their room I stayed in was very comfortable & clean & even staffs services were very good too.Their staffs behavior was very polite & they are very efficient as well & even their food was of very good quality too. We had a very nice experience staying over here.

This was the outside picture of the Mantra Hotel. Well maintained hotel & staff as well. A wonderful experience to be there. The only thing is that the lift doesnt work properly.

Worst Service i have ever had staying at hotel.. Not Price Worth. The linen was dirty... Air Conditioning remote was not there.. Television Was not working.. they took 35 min to provide one towel... . After all that i dint want my morning to be bad so didnt had the food..

Actually its deserve less than one star.Management is really poor. Am staying in an Super Deluxe Room (Top Variant), to my surprise during power cutoffs hotel management is not switching on the ACs. Simply they are telling with generator ACs cant be switched on. At 45/46 degree management is forcing you to stay with the normal fan. They are behaving likewise they are the monopoly in the market. They are changing around 2000 bucks per night without any services. I believe management is running the hotel without any knowledge of service industries. Believe they are charging at par to star hotels but seriously services offering like the cheap type lodges.One of the worst hotel to stay and totally useless management.

Small but clean. Rooms are more, but with very less space. Service is very slow.Staff is polite but not proactive.I am giving 3 star because bathroom is well maintained and clean.There are mosquitoes in the room, and they couldnt provide us repellent.

A very good place to stay near STI square in front of Indian oil petrol pump.Price is good and can be easily located.The staffs are responsive and well-behaved.Rooms are neat and clean.

Good hotel in qfordable price

We rented a hall for our freshers party and we spent the whole night there as they are very understanding and have a great menu. Its a clean,hassle free and a great place to hangout.

Mantra Palace has the best hookah available out there, at the lowest prices as well. Service is quite good. Waiters are always ready to help with any problems you might face.

No..!! No is the only word I can say .!! All the rooms are in 2nd, 3rd n 4th floor and the lift.. Damn lift..!! It wont work at all..!! So, if ua fat guy, want to loose weight without going to a Gym, pls go to this hotel.

Waste service and bad rooms

Rooms were small. Service was okay -- the telephone to the receptionist or to the restaurant wasnt working. The set-top boxs payment was due. As a result, there was no TV. Rest all good.

Dont take this hotel..!! Hotel is of 4 floors and the lift wont work at all. You have to climb to 4th floor with ua bags n luggage all the time. Also, the taps are in leaking position, they wont even fix that. My suggestion is to search something else..

Rooms are small. Twin bed room not ideal for two people as it may get congested. Room and bathroom are clean and well maintained.
