The place has its brand name Reliance , it has a parking space, the products are budget friendly, the clothes are fine but not unique warning for extra small size and large size people they find it difficult to get their fit, if you love teeming with others and low on budget this is your place to shop.

Its a very nice place to shop.Collection / Variety - i am a fashion enthusiast so i would say the collection areh just good . Not excellent.Parking - the main problem here is parking. I dont knw why the underground parking is always full. We have to park outside.Price - They offer both high price brands like peter england louis phellipe , killer to low price brands like DNMX etc. Total pant and shirt shopping would be in around 2k at min and you can go as much max you like.Billing section - Somewhat Slow and i dont get one thing in india. What is wrong with the attitude of people ? Even we after a drastic day also behave nicely but these counter guys are always in some other mood. No smile. No casual behaviour. Always in bad mood or bad attitude.I ALWAYS HOPE THAT PEOPLE SHOULD CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE TO PROGRESS IN LIFE. A HAPPY CUSTOMER BRINGS YOU MORE CUSTOMER.👍

Really horrible, the air inside stinks. They dont put on Aircon. The staff is vehemently rude. The promotion is fictitious and the related products are not available. They provide a convulated story to the customers and take them for a sweet ride. Better visit other stores. The store manager (photo added) not at all customer friendly.

Exchange counter staffs are too slow & they are confused , how to deal .. for 1 garment 3 people handle in 1 counter n the other counter is kept vacant.. people are made to stay in queue for longer peiods .. quality of garments very poor.. ambanis seem to be organized in their work but rourkelas reliance trends work culture is very inefficient .. should learn transactions from other reputed garments outlet like pantaloons, bigbazar, etc.. would recommend people not to wSte tgeir time in purchasing in rourkelas reliance trend, ratger go to other outlets

Horrible place........ low efficiency of workers and ill mannered staffs........... made us to stand for almost 45 minutes (6.10 PM to 6.50 PM)........... ladies staffs found gossiping at one corner about mehndi and other stuff........ Very annoying........ Not going to visit that place again

The place is a good place to shop. The lower floor has ladies and children section and upper floor has mens apparel. In ladies section there are dresses from many brands both western and Indian. I particularly liked the Indian section more. Mens section has formals, sports wear, casual wear. Trial room is available. Parking is also available. Bags are not allowed and can be kept at the entrance where a security is alloted for same. Overall nice place to shop.
