After reaching out to the customer service of bluestar ac these guys came along checked the unit and suggested cleaning the whole unit piece by piece at a maintainance charge of 2500/- plus added 18% gst if we wanted a bill. We agreeing without any knowledge of such services. Later they demanded 3000 more for filling up of gas in the outdoor unit. This was said after they released the gas without our concern. Till that time the indoor unit was torn down to bits. We talked to their manager/boss about the sum of amount of money being charged. But he claimed we were charged less than usual. One thing led to the other and we asked them to stop and leave. The indoor unit was in bits torn down to the very nuts and bolts and metal. This was such a bad experience.
