First of all it was not a happy convenient experience.(1) Now Cool Point is a small shop set in a prime location of Koelnagar A-B CHOWK.(2) I feel the owner has put his feet in too many cakes. This is a PAYTM KYC Centre. Also Airtel Recharge Counter. Also they does Recharge for Vodafone, Docomo, Relaince Jio, BSNL etc.(3) The guy running the shop, Tapan, is very unprofessional & lazy. Just sits & lingers around. The concept of first come first serve isnt there. The only thing good about him is - he is humble & polite.(4) Sluggish half-hearted half-witty nature of the shopkeeper boils my blood. Kindly dont visit here. And yes, he keeps Ice-cream also!
