This place was a big thing during the early 2000s. The place was used to experience large footfalls everyday. But lately due various other parks being opened in the city, the park has seen a downfall in the number of visitors. However the park is very clean and green. There are more than 100 deers in the park and has been preserved very well. The park has a washroom. It also has few slides, swings and other attractions for kids. It is well maintained and clean gardens with great lively crowd.

This place is attached with Golden Jubilee Park, Sector-8. Currently its closed due to covid situation. There are deers here but I was not satisfied with the aesthetic of the park.

One of the best place for family, back side park for deers, one can view them from outside. Inside this park, one water fountain is there. One good thing is the availability of public toilet inside the campus.

Deer Park is a place, standing strong since ages. Very well maintained.Lot of deers of various sizes are there.The number is increasing day by day.Outside food is not permitted.Lovely place to spend an evening with kids. Though there are lot of things which can be improved here to make it a proper tourist place. Outside park also too good...My frens had been dere... Admired it a lot.... They are so impressed they visit each time they come Rourkela...

Nice place with peaceful environment....for jogging it has footpath......it has a long and wide gardening area......one can easily reach this place by public transport.....it just 100 metre from the main road or public transport stoppage. There is also fastfood stall infront of the main gate.There is also shops near it ,from there u can buy beverages and dry foods. U also can park your vehicle 4/6 wheeler their .... infront of the park there is a big ground.....

Its like a jogging park with a small space and deers. Its okay for nearby people ro visit the place or people who just wanna rest for sometime in shadow of trees.

The park was established in the year 1987 on the Silver Jubilee celebration of Rourkela Steel Plant. Jubilee Park is a pleasant tourist spot to enjoy your leisure time.
