A very average type of hall not a multiplex above big Bazar.Basic necessity is not at spot. Tkts price a bit high.

I went there with my crush to watch movie Tom and Jerry she was happy watching it and I was happy watching her

The theaters in Rourkela are one of the most frustrating things in the city. The screen is of the size of a classroom projector more or less and the seats are way too limited. 76 seats only. And the charges are like 150, 200 and 250 rupees per ticket. Seriously? Any best mall in any other city would offer tickets at the similar costs and have a bigger screen. How do you call this a theater? And moreover, they dont show English movies for long in English. Just for 2 or 3 days and then they show the dubbed ones. Whats more irony than watching a dubbed English action film in a theater for 250 rupees? They better reduce the prices or provide a larger screen.

Its good to have in our city its is located in the center of the city and it has 2 Hall.. Because some time 2 movie releases at a time so those want to see both they can after watching the first one. We dont have to worry like before. If this movie will release in a same time then which one will we get to see.. Now its gone and has good parking spot and market area...

Something is better than nothing... Rourkela has this... Sound quality is good... The hall is clumsy... Small one ..bt good..

Not worth the money! Charge extra for 3D which was a bad experience. They hardly keep english shows, if they do its 1-2 shows only on the weekends. No much variety of movies. 3D Screen was tiny, the auditorium was as small as a 2 bedrooms. And the screen was literally so close, it felt like a laptop. Sound also was not good and no slope for seats, so if you recline, you cant see the screen even if your height is above average. Waste of money and time.Nothing good for snacks too.

Its a great place for watching movies, Dolby sound, and very humble staff, all around a good experience. You have a place for both four wheeler and two wheeler parking. At the heart of market. Near by there a big bazaar and a food court ( sarwarmal) where you can spend your time eating and shopping. They also serve popcorn, patties, cheese roll, vegetable roll, coffee, water bottle, beverages etc. All on chargeable basis. Very clean environment. Seats are also very comfortable.

As by the name its sound huge and yes Cineplex is huge but if you are 1st time visiting to Cineplex please I personally suggest you dont visit to Rourkela Cineplex beacuse it very small and you pay a bit high price and you are watching movie very close to screen, comfortable seats, nice air conditioning system but too small

The place accomodates only for twenty persons.The food corner beside the hall is good. I ordered chicken roll, and it was delicious.It was at top floor then but ticket counter is at ground floor.The movie screen is small, you wont enjoy much.

Almost every type of Hollywood movies are available here after being released internationally. But the cons are - English movies are shown in Hindi dubbed. Hall is quite small. So initial booking is a smart option

Small hall for a capacity of around 100 people. Food and beverage are also available as it is situated near the Big Bazaar. Sound and picture clarity is average as compared to the others like PSR

The theatre is among the best in rourkela to experience 2d or 3d movies, here both Hollywood and Bollywood movies are screened. It has got 2 screen, only the rooms were big enough and seats would have sufficient space i would have given 5 star. Above the restaurant is a small cafe, it is nice to have something after the movie. All know that nobody likes to pick food from the theatre so it is good to have a cafe cum restaurant in the same building.

Well keep your expectations down, saw a 3D premiere here, screen size is the lowest I have ever seen, 3D googles were scratched. Sound system is below average. Seats are the only good thing you get. Snacks are OKish. Caution: Washrooms are unhygienic.Not going again for sure.

First, no lifts there to reach there. 2nd, The theater rooms are too small. Both the screens have around 70-80 seats. Otherwise sound and seat comfort is good. And last, food options are limited.

Poorly managed. Very unprofessional. We were there to watch Article 15. As the show started we all were unable to understand the film. As the film is quite sensitive, we thought the begging might be a bit twist. But after one hour, the show ended. Then there was a chaos. To our enquiry we ended to know the second disc was played first. When asked to the authority, they played the first disc and very rudely negotiated that those interested may watch or may leave. So the Cineplex should be penalized for the mistake as well as for the behaviour towards the pupils.. Moreover, the officials over there were not at all guilty for their offence.

I would have given 5 star. The only reason to rate 4/5 is the screen size. Otherwise extremely good Chairs and Sound Quality.

If you are from any metro city or even bbsr you wont like this theatre. Seats are comfortable but the seating is less very less. And the canteen has nothing you would like to eat. If you belong to Rourkela then you may like this place

My experience at this Cineplexx was one of the most unique experiences throughout the whole of India. Inside the hall, you might feel like sitting in a Conference Hall with very limited number of seats and a smaller screen. The rates of the tickets may seem expensive compared to the size of the hall. The hall is situated in the Big Bazar building so you need not worry about the directions. And if you are willing to watch a movie here, make sure to book your tickets before hand, because it wont take much time to make the seats housefull.

It is located at the third floor of big Bazar complex. The tickets can be booked by either BookMyShow app or by the counter itself which is on ground floor. Bags and eatables are not allowed inside the theater. They have a food court where you can buy popcorn, cold drinks, etc. There are two screens for movie. Both has much seat capacity around 25-30. Has a good sound quality with air condition. Overall a nice theater to enjoy movie with family.

Please dont waste money ....if at all one has to go here as Rourkela doesnt have much options...the Cineplex should seriously give a thought to reduce the ticket prices.Very small screen, doesnt clean in between shows (though its a responsibility of the audience as well)....in winter they would keep the AC off hence very much suffocating, seat upholstery is stinking

Cineplexx is best but seat are not so comfortable to view movie I suggest that make seat comfortable

Despite the capacity of the hall being less in occupants capacity, the quality of 3D projection of movies is quite impressive. Sound quality and the 3D service provided is appreciable.

One of the 2 decent cinemas in Rourkela. Capacity wise its very small and very small screen, so doesnt give the full theater experience. Good thing is it accepts advance reservation by calling on phone at reception. Also very pricey compared to its screen size and overall experience.

Cineplexx is just like a toilet room. Its room ends before starting. i would prefer own tv room rather than cineplexx.

Its a pretty nice and ambient space surely the screen are quiet small and the audio quality isnt great but someone like me who likes small spaces its a great space. But the staff is quit cocy and who ever writes a review with 4 or 5 starts gets a lame automated message

Good theatre has 2 screens ,cost of tickets range from rs 180- 220 , 3d movies are also screened , has a seating of around 60 seats , good air conditioned and audio available

Disclaimer: I couldnt have given it a 0 rating, well, for the lack of an option to do so.This comes from someone who has been going out for movies in quite a few places, hence, the opinion is solely based on personal experiences on a comparative basis.1. The location of the place is such that you get no/hardly any parking space ever. The Car Parking Full signboard is almost always permanently put up!2. Theres no lift for you to climb upstairs, except one which is (almost permanently) out of order. Lets get fitter, people.3. If you forget to get your copy of the printed ticket despite booking it online through well known merchant sites such as Book My Show, dont worry. You will have to run down all the way to get a ticket, because of course, saving paper is clearly not our priority here.Considering there are limited options available out here for movie goers, I would suggest PSR Cinemas anyday, for a better experience.

The elevation is not right , hence it hinders the view .Also the washrooms are not clean and gives foul smell.

Have a gd experience and the sound and video quality is gd and also the seating arrangement is too good but ticket charge is very high than PSR CINEMA...and the snacks counter inside the cineplexx also charging very high rate... .Otherwise it well maintained and properly clean.. .

Too small for a movie. Maximum capacity 60-80 seats. Rourkela should have a bigger theatre than this one. Ticket price is very high if we look at the theatre size.
