We had a bad experience while my father was standing in a queue to deposit some money, one lady an employee of Hdfc bank named Kartika bhardwaj in ajouli branch insulted him, asked him to get aside from the queue because the other person was having higher amount to get deposited..This kind of misconduct & casual attitude with customer that too with senior citizen is not a good practice & not acceptable from a bank like HDFC..such people ruin the image of brand.However, my father didnt complained for her misbehavior but we need to teach such ill mannered employees that they can be yourfather or grandfather in some another branch..try to respect each & every customer equally..
