Although I have not bought the product from them, the behaviour of the staff was very polite and respectful. Considering other shop owner behaviours in Roorkee, this shop deserves a 6 star.

Bought a Side by Side fridge and it has a problem of releasing water since beginning. In the first year samsung guys came said there is no problem, its normal. It started happening again. Then covid happened and the samsung guys did troubleshooting over phone. Then it started happening again. Now customer care guy is asking a visiting charge of 649rs. Upon calling my local dealer here, whom i bought it, there are of no help as well. So whats the benefit of buying from a shop?
