Experience was bitter when I was shifting from IITR to my hometown. I had books of two boxes. I paid all in advance on the day of booking. The guy promised me to deliver all within 6 days. But they delivered only one box on 13th from the day of booking. And was asking for more money to deliver the second one. In the worst case I had to return back the other box from them. Dont ever try to believe the words of this guy!!
