Long story short: dont trust this saler, he is not authorized, go for another saler. Even if you buy from here, create the installation request yourself.I had purchased a Voltas AC from this store. The saler created the installation request on my behalf. I thought anyway it will be done by voltas authorized technicians. As per the voltas service folks, it appears this saler is neither Voltas authorized, nor did they send an authorized technician for my installation. 1 months later the indoor unit started leaking water, I submitted service request online, the authorized service center sent two visits - but they could not fix the water issue. On 3rd time, they checked on the AC refrigerant, appears it was the wrong gas put into the unit. They didnt even check that during installation. None of the authorized service technicians recognized the guy who did the installation. (I am not an AC expert, dont know how the gas issue relates to water problem, but anyway you get the picture).
