Helpful staff..there was a girl dont know her name she supported very well and my sim updated to 4g for free of cost. Whereas I visited another vi store before where the guy was misguiding , asking for money for work.

Staff are really cooperative..they attend u with the token system . Separate person is there to attend different situations..the security guard is helpful and guides people to take tokens. On your turn the problem will be resolved in ten minutes..wonderful experience

Staff of this Vodafone store is not co-operative. I took postpaid service here in 2012-13. Fully disappointed with staff.

Backwardstill living in 2010all carriers take 8 hour to convert from postpaid to prepaid and they take 3_4 days m still nt done compalint customer care still gonna take 2 more days .future is darkagain backward
