Very poor experience, under staffed for their full capacity, took around 50 min or more for our order to arrive as because of their mismanagement the people that came after us and ordered i guess same biryani as us got there food first and left while we were still waiting, instead of telling us that it will take some time they were again and again lying to us that it will be on our table in two minutes, five minutes. Another mistake they did was that they sent raw afghani chicken as well as chicken lolipop because of being late and then denied canceling it from our bill and the manager said that its your fault you didnt check it before eating, i mean now we should first check our food whether its cooked or not properly before eating it, lastly the waiters didnt gave us enough platea or glass and we had to ask them again and again for the same. Worst restaurant experience ever

Rude staff behaviour. They sold Thumbs Up with MRP of 40 rupees at 45 rupees. When I told the manager that he cant sell products at price more than their MRP, he behaved rudely and said that he doesnt care about the MRP, I can complain anywhere, hes going to sell the product at the restaurant price.

The most awful biryani i have ever tasted in my life.I got egg and colored rice as egg biryani... no taste..no salt.. the raita served with it worse... no tomato or onion pieces in it..Overall... it sucked..Cant comment on the smelly oil being used and the quality of the eggs

I asked for spicy paneer lababdar but they served it just opposite of it.The gravy was as sweet as some dessert. When asked for replacement, they brought the same by adding chilly and tomato sauce into it.Slow service, unprofessional waiter, the person at the reception was also unapologetic. Dear Friends,My experience with this restaurant is very poor. Reasons are below:-1. When we reached at restaurant, no one was there to greet the guest. We chose our table and sit. We were 5 adult and 4 kids.2. We have to ask for menu and water, careless service staff. No issues, we expect some good food.3. We order for murgh malai tikka. Taste was ok, but over soft. Seems stale chicken has been served. Poor.4. We order for honey chilli potato. Very soggy no crispness. Poor.5. We order for paneer tikka . Very spicy. Poor6. We order for dal makhani n jeera rice with roti. Good.7. We order for chicken lollipop. Very oily n soggy.8. No finger bowl. No napkin.So overall experience was very poor. Price as per quality is very high.Suggestion .... plz dont waste your money.....Thanks

I asked for a Veg biryani and surprising, I found a CHICKEN BONE in that.I put my grievance to the manager at cash counter. They tried to convince me that they cook separately but if it is true, I wouldnt have had A Chicken Bone in my meal.This happen just and this was the very first time I have visited this place. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous.I am an IITian (IIT Roorkee) and we trust a restaurant that they will make sure that VEGETARIAN people are known as VEGETARIAN because they dont eat NON VEG.Another point I would like to share, that the CHEF didnt even took responsibility to even APOLOGIZE as he was busy for another party.So VEGETARIAN people, avoid this restaurant.

Coming to food and taste, the best biryani one can get in Roorkee is Tandoori Chicken Biryani in this hotel. Taste wise chicken peices wise quantity wise, the biryani is sooo tasty and delicious. It consists of full boneless pieces with well blend masalas.
