Awful kitchen. Baked vegetables served with plenty of juice. The girl was a waitress, who was called to smile and help customers who are always right, was rude, saying arrogantly that it was natural that the juice had leaked from vegetables. Although this is, firstly, nonsense, that is, most likely, the vegetables were stewed, not baked. And, perhaps, they warmed up, and repeated heat treatment leads to a loss in product quality and loss of vitamins - any specialist will tell you that. This is a lordly establishment, where the main ones are not customers of the restaurant, but the owners who encourage boorish behavior of waiters. They didn’t even apologize to us. Aunt Shafika behaves like a mistress.
