They just take your parcel and update incomplete adress without try to deliver it. Other are better than them.

Totally horrible experiance. Even complete address mentioned with landmark I was told that address is incomplete. My order reached on final destination and came out 3 times for delivery but even currier boy didnt try to cal me. At last called to customer care 10 times it was delivered to me after three days. Thank you bludart otherwise I was expecting to receive it in next birth.Pease consider star rating in mines.

Worst courier service provider in Rohtak! My delivery address is quite prominent and as it is business address they have delivered parcels here earlier as well. My contact number is also mentioned on the parcel still online status says Address Incorrect. I tried to call but they dont have any working contact number.Neither they call nor they have working phone number, so you get stuck if you use their service.

Dear,I am getting SMS for Delivery attempt for my consignment and status on your website is showing Premises Closes which is a wrong status. Neither I received any call by courier guy if he is not able to find my place. I am very much living there then how can there be so casual behavior and two attempts were missed.

May you never have the misfortune of dealing with this bluedart centre. Horrible service and staff behaviour is just inhuman. Theyll never pick your call in first place, but if are one of the lucky ones whos call theyve decided to pick, theyll shout at you and tell you they dont owe you nothing. I dont know how can such horrible people work in bluedart and how can bluedart ignore of so many complaints about this centre.
