Sorry but had to change my reviews from 5 star to 1 star as the cake I received had no bread and it was only made up of cream.You must understand that someone has paid more than sufficient amount and still you provide such service.Initially I was very happy as I was surprised to receive the cake and bouquet, but when I consumed cake it was disheartening!Sorry Ive to change my stars to 1!

This is a horrible company. I ordered flowers for a family member who lives in Rothak. Not only they didnt deliver the flowers but they took the money from my account and now they are not responding to any of my email for a refund. Totally dishonest company and they never even tried to call my family member whose phone number I added to the order in case there was any issues in delivery. I would highly advice all other to not order anything from this company.Edit: After a few days, I got an email from the company apologizing and stating that it was a server error and my money was returned. I gave them 3 stars for responding and returning my money but they need to make sure that this doesnt happen with anyone else.

It was an urgent situation. I called them at odd hours from Belgium. I needed flowers in abnormal quantities to be delivered early in morning. Everything went smoothly. It was a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. The order read processing from the time i ordered till seven hours later. I tried to cancel it. The amount was around 500. Now, they refuse to come in contact with me and refund it. Very very disappointed.
