No doubt some ifb products are really great like microwave , washing machine etc but this dealer is not.I am sharing my 2015 experience, i bought a ifb microwave worth rs 15000 i paid whole the amount and asked him to deliver at my home, but he delivered a second hand oven , has lot of scraches when i complaint the owner he said Mein to palika bazar me baitha hu mujese todi liya tha , then i said owner to aap ho waaha ke bhi then he rudely said wahi jakar baat karo mera time kharab maat karo .Then i visted his showroom they exchanged my oven even that was their mistake i had to pay entire transport charges .Everyone is advise be present there untill the product is loaded in your conveyance.BtW ever since i have been never vist this shop and i will not.

The brand is great in itself, for the store, there’s an owner, an employee from IFB and other employee hired by the owner of the store. The IFB employee was well read about the products, he wad friendly and presented varied options to buyers to chose from, other employees were equally humbled, however, the owner of the store is not that great, he’s unwelcoming, seems rigid and stubborn in his nature and was thankless.

We bought a washing machine from this showroom and boy! Did we regret it!!! The machine was priced at 32,490 but since we were exchanging it for our old one, they said it will cost us 27,000 flat. This was well within our budget, so we were happy. Raghav Munjal, the guy who sold us the machine told us repeatedly that we should not pay anything for installation. Everything was fine till this point. The machine was delivered, payment was made and the installation guy from IFB came this morning.Now, this guy tells us that we need to buy the extras like the stand, a filter, an adapter and we had to pay another 5,500 for it all. When we called Mr Munjal he says yes, you have to pay, I was only talking about the service.1. He should have informed us about it all in advance, when he said we dont have to pay for the installation.2. I checked the price online, the machine was available for 27,990.So, we paid 27,000 + our older machine and another 5,500 to this guy. This is why these places are going out of business, always trying to squeeze dry a customer.IN SHORT: I AM NOT GOING TO BUY EVEN A SINGLE PIECE FROM THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN. GUYS! STICK TO ONLINE SHOPPING. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS BITTER AND TERRIBLE. STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TALK ABOUT EVERY SINGLE DETAIL BEFOREHAND!!!
