We order from here all the time while I’m working at the fire house. The food is always delivered quickly the food taste good and plenty of choices. Never had a problem with their food ever. I recommend them anytime your Hungary doe Chinese foods. The combos are our favorites. Usually pork fried rice, eggroll and whatever your main dish that you want. Remember to tip generously.

Want to thank you - Ordered a bunch of food last night, I had the Curried shrimp and onions, the shrimp were so plump and big, the whole dish was amazing. Even had it the next day for lunch and the sauce was still smooth and not congealed.Well done

This place used to have much better food. I ordered bean curd & veggies & my mom had shrimp & broccoli. My food was okay, a little on the bland side. Hers was exceptionally bland, but they did add some hair to it. It was take out & not worth going back because if they got hair in it the first time, were not really interested in finding the prize the next time.

The Bourbon Chicken was dry and hard and it didnt come with any vegetables. The sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and egg rolls are pretty good.I called and complained and they didnt offer any refund just said ok.

Been in this neighborhood almost 10 years and never tried it. There always seem to be too many people working and no customers, which made me think the food must not be that good. Went for the first time yesterday. food was decent, nothing spectacular. I have to figure out what their specialty is. I don’t think it’s pork fried rice or egg rolls 😐. Hopefully next time I’ll get something that tastes really great!

The Sesame chicken was soggy and mushy, the meat was dirtypink and brown like it was rotted for weeks. Fried rice was stale amd barely warm. The only thing I could eat was an egg roll and that was mediocre at best. Will never order from here again! I was disgusted !!

First (and last) time ordering from New Fong tonight. Very disappointed because my favorite thing I ordered (pork fried rice) was missing from our order, the sesame beef was sesame chicken, and and extra order of white rice is missing. The chicken on a stick is dried up and burnt black- not exactly appetizing. Not only did I pay for items not received, but a majority of the order is either wrong or not edible. Sad China Dragon closed and am looking for a new place.

They delivered one of their party trays in a gross cardboard top of a wine box. I spent 30$ on that alone just for them to not care what it was put in. Terrible food handling, i hope the health department pays them a visit soon

I ordered quiet a large order, 4 combos and lo mein. I was missing one of my combos and called them. They did refund me but I was still upset because the missing item was for a specific person and they only refunded me so that person had to get something else to eat and ate later than everyone else. It wasnt fair to them and that was upsetting. Also when I called they said they didnt have an order from me... that was also upsetting. The food is okay and unreasonably priced but I think I might go somewhere else next time.

Maybe MSG????!We have ordered from here several times but notice that not only have the prices increased but when we purchased three different meat entires, the beef entree was entirely filled with bok choy and barely a couple of pieces of beef to enjoy which was so disappointing. Also several in our family had a stomach ache directly after ordering and this only happens when MSG is present in the cooking. Wont be ordering again sadly ☹️

Been ordering take-out from this restaurant since I was a kid... so for like 20 years.... and it’s the best in Greece. Tried other places just to see what’s out there, and nothing comes close to this restaurant. Delivery is fast, food is hot, and the staff is friendly. Other Chinese food places have come and gone thru the years, but this one is still going strong, which speaks for itself. You won’t be disappointed!

I order from here all the time. When I say all the time I mean they are the only Chinese take-out we order from. 2 maybe 3 times a month. The food is always fresh and hot. Prices are very fair. The delivery is extremely fast. I honestly cant believe that Ive read bad reviews from this restaurant. SMH!!!

New Fong used to be excellent but lately, their food quality has badly deteriorated. I ordered Mongolian Beef and all I could think of was the line from the old Wendys commercial, Wheres the beef??? Almost entirely noodles and vegetables but Sherlock Holmes would have been hard pressed to locate any beef in the meal! Time to find a new restaurant, I guess.Update:Tried again a year later and still a very small amount of meat and an overabundance of veggies. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are many other choices, places where they dont scrimp on the more expensive ingredients!

I have been ordering from here for 20 years and it has always been my favorite chinese food in the area. I have tried so many other places, lived in the city for a while and tried there too, and none of them are as good as new fong. Their delivery is free and fast and if they have ever forgotten anything or messed it up they made it right. Love this place!

Changing my review to one star. Ordered delivery and my total was 14 bucks, I handed the driver a 20 and he didnt even ask if he wanted change, he ran to his car before I could say anything. I called the restaurant to speak to the owner and the girl wouldnt hand them the phone saying they are too busy. Unreal. The food is good but I may never order from there again based on that experience alone.

I would give this place 5 stars because their food is delicious! But sitting here waiting for food in their freezing restaurant is cold! Its so cold I can see my breath! Im all for saving money on heating bill but this is ridiculous.

Ordered through doordash. It was delivered 50 minutes later than what was said. The food was not good. Still warm, the chicken chow mein was edible, but bland, sesame chicken had no flavor, vegetable lo mein had a strange fishy flavor and the pork fried rice was ok. Definitely a waste of money. Will not go back.

We ordered this for the first time tonight. I had the Kung Pao. It was good! It actually had a spicy kick to it, which New Yu House does not. Nor does most places that Ive eaten at. The portions are huge. We got two quarts of sweet and sour chicken. They actually stapled the tops shut cause they were overflowing. We got egg rolls too and they were 3x as big as the normal ones. Delivery time was estimated at 45-60 minutes and was delivered 4 miles away in 30. Food was piping hot. Not too shabby if you ask me!

After ordering 2 items and 2 cans of soda, to be delivered, the driver arrived withouts the cans.So, of course, I called the restaurant to let the know.Initially, the young lady on the phone tried to convince me that I had not been charged for the soda.However, the receipt clearly showed I had been charged. I was quoted a price which included the sodas. And, ultimately, I did pay for the sodas.In the amount of time it took for the young lady on the phone to figure out what happened, I had nearly finished eating the food which did manage to arrive.At this point one might think a simple solution would be to deliver the 2 sodas.But no, I was told the delivery drivers all left and instead they would annotate my account reflecting that I should receive two free sodas on my next order (odd that the drivers would have all left since the restaurant wasnt scheduled to close for another 3 hours).With the vast number of completion in the area, I will gladly be giving one of them my money instead of calling this restaurant back in the hopes of receiving two free sodas (that I already paid for).It seems fairly obvious from the receipt that the person responsible for packing the order failed to add the sodas to the bag (as is evidenced by the lack of a check next to the item on the receipt, unlike the other two items, which each have been marked with a pen stroke).Most likely it was the same young lady on the phone.Because of her complete lack of accountability, she first:-pretends to not understand the phone number (5 times is a charm)-needs to check the other computer-blatantly lies about the total (in the hope that math is too hard?)-claims the delivery drivers vanishedTransparency and accountability would have earned a long term customer.A complete lack of humility will earn 1 star on Google (1 too many), and Yelp and word of mouth to as many people as humanly possible.

The best cheap American style Chinese food Ive found in the Rochester area. It may look like the generic takeout place, but the food is consistently good.

The food was OK, I got the Szechuan chicken lunch special. What is much more important, I believe, was the Soviet-style rationing on napkins and utensils. Ill start by saying that I was amused by the reviews people would leave about #1 Chinese in Webster on Main Street (find those reviews for some laughs). The woman who worked there was VERY stingy with the paper-thin napkins she handed out. It was if she was handing out winning lottery tickets, not tissue-thin napkins. Here at New Fong, it was almost an identical experience. After a quick scan of the place revealed no napkins (or forks, knives or spoons), I approached the young lady at the counter. When I asked for napkins, she looked like I was asking for free food, and then handed me four (!) napkins/tissues. If I remember correctly, thats actually more than the napkin-guarder in Webster gave out. I got one tiny plastic fork with my meal that worked adequately. If I had asked for any more napkins or even a knife, Im positive I would have been greeted with a hot wok full of grease and a judo chop. Are napkins that expensive? Can customers not be trusted because they will waste that precious resource? Why didnt they have Coca-Cola?? Anyways, the food is OK, it was made fresh, and Ill be back in the future.

First time going there. ordered lo mien, fried rice, and a chicken dish. The chicken was slimy and did not seem fully cooked (in all 3 dishes). noodles were ok, little bland (when i make them at home i use oyster sauce and its so good) rice was average, not a lot of vegetables. the boy at the counter was polite and curtious. .

Ive tried this place twice. We were disappointed in the portions of rice when we order two dinner dishes that were Quart sized. The pepper steak with peppers was decent, but overall everything lacked flavor that we tried. Their spicy has never been spicy in temperature nor taste to me. Other menu items might be ok, but I did not like the Kung-po chicken at all. It is mostly celery, carrots, water chestnuts, baby corn and peanuts. The veggies were larger than the chicken and I dont even know what the chicken tasted like.The delivery was very fast. The people seem to be nice over the phone. After giving them two chances I dont think I will eat here again. This place failed to meet my expectations of having a meal to enjoy.

Well I ordered , and got home, did not get what I ordered, I gave them the number on the menu, and description, gave me a hard time over the phone, so I brought back the item that I did not order, the girls at the counter looked all pissed, and there was a big guy standing there, and nodded to me like I was saying the right thing, yah know what no apology, nothing for me driving all the way back, and A big guy standing there like he was waiting for me to say something wrong,,, very intimidating. Great value for your money. Food is always fresh, ready on time and over flowing. Lots of leftovers for days. The chow mei fun is my fav. ...just ordered again.. disappointed that the fried rice and chow mei fun has far less veggies then it used to have. There used to be a decent amount of large chunks of carrots and onions in the rice. Today I didnt see any carrots. And the noodles didnt have much cabbage, carrots.... at all. :(

Ordered from here for years and then I tried to order again and some woman answers the phone, I can barely understand her, shes repeatedly messing up my address and phone number. When we finally got it right we proceed to order, everything I said she told me they didnt have even though I had the menu in front of me. I wanted the usual Beef w. Chinese Mixed Vegatables and she tells me its not in a combo and I said thats fine I will just take the Quart with an additional white rice added & she tells me again and repeats its not in a combo. I WAS AWARE AND SAID MAAM I KNOW THIS. She then tells me that chinese vegatables and mixed vegetables are the same and im like okay whatever thats fine lol and then shes saying AGAIN ITS NOT A COMBO!!!!! im like omgggggg number 85 on the menu as a quart im aware again its not a combo. She said number 85??? as if she doesnt know and have her menu in front. honestly too much of a hassle to order from here and ill never do it again. smd.

I SAID IT 3 TIMES TO THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER...They said it would be delivered in a half hour and it came over an hour later with MUSHROOMS IN BOTH ORDERS!!!! So I called back to tell them and they delivered just the vegetable Lo Mein...With no mushrooms but I never got the eggplant order... Im DONE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I love the beef on a stick, it is so tender and full of flavor. Most places give you an unmarinade rubbery piece of meat.
