Purchased my linen sofa and copper coffee table there. Addition is now a beautiful copper bowl to rest on the copper coffee table!! Looks fantastic!The store is the best with many unique pieces!! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I wouldnt waste the time - salespeople are friendly, but it seems like problem after problem with them. We ordered two custom recliners in June 2020. The chairs came 10 weeks later (we were told it would take this long and understood as they were custom). The chairs did not have the recliners built in as we requested. They apologized and said the chairs would be replaced, but it would take another 10-12 weeks. The second set was delivered with the reclining function, but the chairs had several imperfections. We paid good money for the chairs and this was unacceptable. They gave us a discount and told us they would re-order the chairs again. (this was around Halloween) We were then notified the chairs would not be delivered until end of February (APPROXIMATELY 17 WEEKS!!). Chairs came in the middle of March and once again damaged. I called the store manager to make sure our discount was being refunded to us and he stated he was glad we finally got acceptable chairs. I informed him they were not acceptable, but I wasnt waiting another 20 weeks for chairs. I took the best two and sent the others back. The store manager told me he would see if there was anything else he could do and of course.... I never heard from him. The one bright spot of the experience is the delivery guys are extremely professional.Update: they asked me to email my information so they could help further resolve the issue. I sent them my information about a week ago and have heard nothing back. Not surprised.

So disappointed in this company. Their customer service is poor at best.We furnished our entire house in Arhaus. One of the sectionals we purchased from them started breaking down about 2 years into owning it. The piping around the cushions opened and a hole formed in the arm. We contacted the company to make a “worry free” claim... it was denied. We went to the store for help but were told to contact customer service directly. We sent more photos to customer service and were told there is nothing they can do for us... sorry.In the mean time we went couch shopping because after 5 years this one is scheduled to be picked up by the trash. We went to Pottery Barn and showed them the same photos. We talked to the manager (Kay). She felt that a 5 year old couch shouldn’t wear like ours did. She went on to tell us that the managers at Pottery Barn help the customers directly and wouldn’t have us do all the calling and running around. She even told us that Pottery Barn recently replaced a sectional for a customer in the same situation as us when the couch started breaking down prematurely. We learned our lesson the hard way and would hate for this to happen to someone else.Update : I emailed Arhaus after they reached out to me on here asking for my order number. They never got back to me. I’ll add the photos I sent them to my review.

The best place in Rochester to buy furniture with excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional which makes for a great shopping experience. No other furniture store in Rochester can even come close.

I went to the store last night. It was empty except for me. I was looking at some pieces in person Id seen online. The one sales person was pleasant, but the other had a friend there and could barely be bothered answering my questions. Not a good experience.

Walked in the store....no one spoke to myself or my husband. One lady walked right by us and didnt even say hello. Terrible. I was interested in a few pieces but the longer we walked and no one spoke. We were done. Would never give our money to people like this. Noses turned up

Worked with Jaclin and purchased 2 furniture pieces and a light. She couldnt be more cheerful and helpful. Weve been searching to fill these two pieces for over a year. She even agreed to mail us a swatch while we wait so we could pick out drapes for the room. Thank you Jaclin!

We went to Arhaus to purchase a new sectional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. However, we specifically told the staff we were looking for a couch that would hold up to dogs and kids in a rather sunny room. They convinced us to go for a dark microsuede that has drastically sun bleached over the first year of ownership. We had purchased their warranty and arranged for the warranty company which is contracted through Arhaus but not Arhaus to come a look at the couch for replacement. Warranty covers replacement of the entire couch fabric but only once. We discussed paying for the difference and having a new, more functional fabric option placed instead. Talked to both warrenty company and Arhaus and we told this was simply something they dont do even though we would shoulder the cost. Very frustrating! For now, we will have couch fabric replaced and sell the couch at a loss. The whole situation has left a bad taste in our mouths regarding Arhauss poor customer service. Would not recommend this company unfortunately as a result.

Mark went above and beyond to find my product information so I was able to get a new slipcover for my couch. He took a lot of time to help me and I’m very excited to see the new cover. Awesome customer service!

Love the store! The furniture is great quality and mostly made in America. Its a little more expensive, but well worth the investment-as it will last a lifetime! The delivery men are extremely courteous and handle the furniture with such care! We would highly recommend and will continue to go back!

Furniture is absolutely beautiful but I do have to agree with others than customer service is lacking. Have made several purchases here over the past 2 - 3 months and have been consistency underwhelmed by the service and frustrated when an issue arose. Thankfully corporate customer service was able to resolve an issue that the store wasnt sure if they could address fairly quickly.

I’m an Arhaus addict! My favorite place to shop for my home. I have been a customer for many years and, even though my home is very much lived in with two active boys, my furniture has held up beautifully. The employees are warm and very professional and I always appreciate their input and friendly conversation.

Visited for the first time and loved it. Unique pieces, yes a bit pricey but you wont find that exact piece anywhere else. Maybe simalar but never the same.

I had a great experience in the store when I initially bought my chairs. The sales lady helping me (Shaena) we very helpful and knowledgeable.I got an email about 2 weeks after they were delivered that the chairs were on sale. I was initially very frustrated when they would not refund me with a price adjustment for the difference. They said they only do that within a couple of days. I decided to call the corporate number. They decided to give me the refund. It was only about $150 difference which to them is nothing Im sure but to a customer like me is a lot of money. Im very glad they were able to honor the sale price for me.

Arhaus is allegedly a high end furniture store but the quality and character of the furniture is almost Walmart level. Astronomical prices, extremely slow delivery times (how long does it take to stock a lamp, we are on a 2 months wait). The sectional we purchased was 2x the price it should have been offered for (our fault for not walking out). Checkout was excruciatingly slow. Shopping there again is not an option. Too bad you cant select no stars.

The quality of the furniture seems high. I had a problem with the sales associate i worked with misinforming me about the fabric i picked. Though it was a lengthy resolution, the customer service was excellent. I selected a new fabric and my couches were replaced free of charge. The delivery team was exceptional both times they came, and i feel that i would buy from them again with the assurance that if any problem arises it will definately be taken care of. Thanks arhaus!

Franca and Nino were both exceptionally helpful and patient in the couch buying process. They gave advice throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable with the purchase decision. We ultimately ended up with pollack series couch which was perfect for our needs.

I will absolutely never buy anything from Arhaus again. I have never experienced a worse customer service in my life. The furniture is overpriced for the service that you get.

Pay a little more but you cant beat the quality.

Beautiful style furniture but buyer be ware, terrible customer service! after spending $2000.00 on 2 sofa tables , I am now stuck with a table that was damaged during their polishing of the stone table top. They said that it is the natural characteristics of the stone and would replace it only if I paid a 10% restocking fee!! I have a small business myself and I would never dream of treating a client like this. Walmart gives you better customer service! very unhappy.

We’ve owned Arhaus furniture pieces for over 20 years and you get what you pay for. The prices aren’t low but they’re decent in comparison to the quality of competitors. We wait for sales and take time to budget for certain items. You don’t save money in the long run if pay a bit less for furniture that wears out in a few years. Their furniture is truly made far better than many others.We had a sofa from Arhaus that we mistreated and moved all over the country. We just parted with it after 20 years but is was still comfortable if tired looking. We replaced it with another Arhaus sofa. We couldn’t get anybody to take it so we kept some of the cushions as floor pillows.These 20 year old cushions have held up better than the cushions in a chair that is only a year old that we bought from a very close by store. Learned that lesson and will buy our next chair from Arhaus.We’ve had a couple of service hiccups from them in the past as well. We’ve also had service hiccups from lots of other places but Arhaus is willing to go the extra mile to work with you and they made good on their word when we had some issues. Furniture buying is a personal experience as furniture is an intricate part of our lives. When any issue arises, I think the hassle on our personal lives is more frustrating. I know I was more wound up about my customer service problems when it involved our furniture because it impacted our living situation. Arhaus will hear you and I think they understand this. Many other places don’t even warranty their furniture anymore and don’t even try to offer service.

Went in thinking Id browse for a wedding registry. I was struck by the enormous magnitude of the prices. If this was Manhattan, Id get it. Fine. Charge a bizillion dollars for an end table. Great. People in Manhattan are disgustingly wealthy. But in Rochester, NY? Really? Who in Rochester- working our cruddy service industry jobs- could possibly afford Arhaus prices? Who in ROC is Arhaus target sales customers...?

To be clear the buying process was fine and Franca is great to work with. But the concierge service which handles repairs is horrible. My chesterfield style couch started popping buttons barely 2 years after I bought it. The concierge service requires a 4 hour window to have a repair person come - an inconvenience if you have a day job and they show up at the tail end of the 4 hour window. In my case I had 1st appt where they couldnt repair because they needed a tool. Appt 2 was a no show. Appt 3 was scheduled for 9a-11a and he showed up unannounced at 3:30. Now I have yet more buttons popping on this couch and who knows if they can fix it. Not happy at all.
