If you want to have your license you have to go through many buildings without a clear process.The training schedule is so long .. you have to wait for months to get your license

Embarrassing and disappointing. I’ve applied in January and still haven’t received my classes! Truly unbelievable. IIn what world does getting a driving license take a year (if im being optimistic). I’m beyond disgusted at your primitive system, catch up!! it’s the 21st century!!

Instructor Reham Masri and Najwa are very caring and understanding.

Their call center and appointment system is so irrational, unprofessional, and very poor. The way these ladies answer calls is so rude and disrespectful. They know everyone is desperate and there’s no other option to getting a driving license but through them, and they took that as an advantage to be rude, unwelcoming and just disgusting.

Nice area for women driving school. Would be nice if they can provide restroom for gents. Been looking around but didnt find one.

5 Stars for my Trainer Omnia Ridwan (The Egyptian).She was so down to earth, best teacher, and nice with me. Learned a lot of techniques from her.but worst experience with the Examiner RaniaRude, Arrogant, ill mannered,I felt like she has some personal problem with me. May Allah gives her Hidayah, I can only pray for her!(Now I got to know She got EXPELLED because of her behaviouras she got complaints from other student too)

They are good but taking very long time to give an appointment for testing then very long time to start the writing lectures and exam. Then you will need to wait around 2 Months to get another appointment for practical lectures.Time period to grt your license between 3 to 6 months. From your first call with them.

What an unprofessional and disrespectful staff!!!! The chance of getting 6 hours in the evaluation process is nearly impossible alongside the absolute rudeness you’ll be treated with by the examiner. And the whole license thing will approximately takes a year, a few months less only if you’re lucky.

Very unfair school and not professional at all everything needs alot of time to be done , you need about 8 months or more to finish the license and the examiners are totally unfair in their evaluations... its fortunate that we have to deal with them

I’ve been driving since I was 15, and the rude examiner said I have to take 30 hours!! even tho I don’t need it, my mistake on the evaluation wasn’t bad enough to waste 30 hours from my life to take classes I don’t need.

My experience was stressfull since i live in jeddah.... i had to spend way too much money to get a liscenceIts odd why nonworking expats can only get liscence from riyadhBut all in all im satisfied with the people working in sds... they are professional.... especially the instructors are professional anx friendly!

What a driving school !!Unfair they only let foreigners fail, My wife failed even she did nothing wrong, but the girl with here almost hit the car but she somehow succeeded weird but I think u all know why! My first test was in November 2020 and I got 6hrs,My instructur saudi lady Masha Allah she is very nice. I paid for less than 600 SAR for 6 hrs classes and the lady in the counter said after two months we will call you. After two months waiting with no calls I decided to go to SDS and asked around . I said to the lady in reception I’ve been waiting for 2 months and she said give me your regsitration number. And after that she told me to go inside and only after 5 minutes another lady said ok you can start your class tomorrow 1 pm.My 6hrs classes for 3 days and only 1 hour each session it depends how good you are .My instructur for 2 days with lady from sudan and last day with Saudi lady both very kind and very nice and very welcome to foreigner thank you so much Marwa and Rania.After that they will schedule you again for examThe exam less thn 10 minutes with saudi lady her name was Mala she told me mabrook and you can get your license 1 km from here to morror. Before you go to morror make sure 1 day before you did your medical they will sent the result online and pay for your license too you have to do it online.And guess what less than 5 minutes my license ready......

I enrolled last year June 2020 and paid 2,520 riyals. They promised to call me for the booking, but no one called me, many times i visited princess nourah and called their hotline but same reply (wait for their call because Of Covid they cannot accommodate all), jan 2021 im fed up of waiting and decided to refund my money, and now they are telling me its passed the 6 months contract and i cannot refund my money anymore. So thats it, no considrerations at all, its not my problem no one called me for the class, depsite many times i called them.Anyway goodluck with my hard earned money. Spend it wisely!

I had my evaluation test last September, till now I didn’t finish practical training nor finished the final test!!! I called them and after two weeks of trying they answered me. They told me to wait more!!!

Very polite staff, although they cannot give u a prior schedule or appointment for practical or theoretical training. I am not sure why that is, but it is very inconvenient for those who are working as they have to make prior arrangements to get time off for practical training. Also the costumer service is not easy to reach, I have waited for 30 mins on the phone and still I was unable to talk to the representative. Other than these short comings, so far the trainers have been very polite, helpful and excellent at their work.

One of the worst experiences ever , it took us months to have an appointment and months later for an exam and months later for practical sessions and then they will only give you less than an hour of training and waste time , they are using their exclusivity of being the only center for driving training while it is the worst .. and the call center is another disaster and yes it took me 292729 calls so they would answer ,, and that outgoing call they did not answer🤦‍♀️

One of the worst school I have ever been too. Very ignorant and rude staff. It takes years to get a appointment here. There is literally no respect for visitors. The staff treat us like we are nothing. As this is the only ladies driving school in Riyadh we have to tolerate their behaviour. It’s been more than a year and I still haven’t got my appointment with them. This school is not at all organised.

If you are expecting good service you will not find that here. After asking their representative Malak if I could confirm my class times he became irate and began swearing at me. He told me to F off and to go to jahanam. Unorganised and rude. I hope he loses his job and they replace him with someone better.

No parking for visitors. Security kicked us all saying only staff parking.

I went there for a lecture and it was at 5:00 PM.. when I arrived, they told me that they cancelled the lectures for the whole week at 5 and the time will change to 9:00 PM and I have to accept it as I have no right to choose the suitable time for me..I was disappointed

If u are expact and already know how to drive and preparing for final test .no use because u must take all classes and then go to final test .these words were told by lady inside centre for driving. She also said this is her countrys rule .by hearing this I was feeling very depressed .even if we know how to drive we are forced to take classes

I don’t know why we face this kind of a attitude while nothing is for free we pay for our learning classes but on the same time there is no hospitality or any kind of respect this not acceptable at all I have paid 2520SR and still not organized or anything to be hosted breakfast ext. really disappointed, also there is security guard who is thinking that he work to solve the traffic outside with bad attitude very bad and he was driving suv car I don’t know his but really he was a rude person hope to finish fast and never back here again.

From the first time I went to SDS I was met with very polite and helpful staff in all departments.The trainers which I had were both Indian ladies from Emirates, (Stella and Rima) both were very polite and did their utmost to help in any way they could.My test was conducted by Abrar AlMuhaysini, a lovely lady who makes you feel comfortable and at ease before taking the test.Overall a very good experience at SDS.Keep up the good work ladies.
