Preordered Dark Alliance for the ps5 a month before and today the day it comes out, they dont have my preorder i paid for. Dont go to this game stop. The one in moreno Beach has a bigger stock and actually had the game in stock. Do not but from the smaller store on Day street.

Mike and Helen are not only some of the best GameStop employees I have ever come across but I would say THE BEST. If you ever need anything from GameStop this is the one to go to! Knowledgeable and amazing customer service is what keeps me coming back to this location and always will!

Great service once I got through the line. Since they didnt have my item in stock they went the extra step to find it online and order it for me so all I had to do was pay in the store. Which is why I went in person to begin with. I appreciate the help.My only criticism is the line was long and the second clerk was on break. Once he finished his break the line moved quickly.

Took my boys in to get some games and as always they spent a long time deciding. We finally get up to the counter and come to find out they didnt have any of the 4 games my boys took up. I asked why did they have them up if you dont have them I stock? She said they had to leave them out to show that they have it. Cause it displays the price. Really? Come guys prewarn the parents so we can prepare our kids before the get hurt and disappointed.

Was able to use my private dollar coupon. They never ask you if you would like to use it. You have to remember to ask. But at least you can on one every month.

The store employees were very helpful and had my game ready for me when I went to pick it up.

Ive been coming to this Gamestop ever since I was a little kid. There wasnt ever a place besides Olive Garden down the street that brought me such a juvenile sort of joy. Im glad its still around. Even if they never gave enough for my games when I sold them. Theyre my favorite place to shop for escapism besides Harkins.

We have gotten used to a bit of attitude from the staff at most game stores when they realize we arent gamers. When we walked into THIS Gamestop we were blown away at the polite and professional assistance we received. We allowed our 9 yr old son ask for the game he was looking for and the young man that helped him was very kind and patient, he helped our son with the same courtesy and respect that an adult would receive. Our son was so excited that he was able to do it all by himself. Thank you for making our day! :)

Due to the store being 1 of 2 in the hemet/san Jacinto area, there isnt a HUGE selection of used games. Dont get me wrong, tons of games for each system are available and if theres a specific game you wish to play, it can be located at another location but the best thing to do is always call ahead.

Every time I shop at a different gamestop my games dont work. I come here and they always take great care of me and make everything right. I really appreciate it!

I waited in line for quite some time before the assistant manager came from some corner helped a little boy then tried to ring up a Asian family before helping mine. I was livid. I impolitely stepped up and spoke up bed we were overlooked again. So slow service and rude assistant managers

Bald tall white male told me he couldn’t take my retro games in for credit. Clearly lying when I asked another employee that same week at the same location they do. I saw him giving orders so he clearly was a manager. Corporate will be contacted due to such terrible customer service.

Great staff always friendly and try to get you in and out fast. I do about 90% of my game related business here and Ive never had an issue.

Went in to pay off a pre-order and spoke to an associate named Amy about what happens during pre-order night of a high profile game, such as the one im getting. She gave me nothing but MISINFORMATION. She told me to come on Friday or Saturday morning when the game obviously comes out on a TUESDAY. Asked her if i could call ahead to pick up the pre-order and she said no. Seriously, the WORST experience Ive had at this location.

I actually called around to different GameStops in the area and this is the only GameStop that took time to answer my questions and not rush me on the phone so when I came in to purchase my item he was very nice he had it ready for me and explained everything I am very happy with my experience. Every time I come to this gamestop the staff is very excited and happy to be there. Never had a problem that didnt get solved.

Okay so right when I walked in all I seen was all the employees heads turn right at the door and they stopped what they were doing and asked me what was I looking for. I told them that I was looking for a couple games and a charger. All of the employes (5 of them) helped me find the things that I was looking for. It looked like we were doing a scavenger hunt because we were walking really fast back and forth, people were giving us funny looks. I would come back again for all my gaming needs and for my pre orders!

The GameStop I went to had a friendly staff member, I was gonna buy the game Need For Speed on the ps4, but they didnt have it but the staff member was nice cuz he took about 10 min looking in the back and tried looking for it, this is the only time GameStop has disappointed me.
