Stop closing the customer service department an hour an half early!! Some of us work till the later hours of the evening. Stay open in the departments like you’re supposed too. I’m definitely contacting corporate about this it’s completely unacceptable

Terrible experience. The personnel is far from helpful, and when they see a costumer they run away. One worker at apparel was the worst when I asked her a question about socks. She was just flat rude…I realize why people prefer target

Worst place ever. Dont expect that someone will help you here. Was waiting about 20 minutes for associate to get a locked item. Never appeared. Went to near autozone to get what I needed.

Its a nice walmart just the people at the exit you show the receipt to kept staring at me as if I was stealing something and made me feel uncomfortable . The inventory was nice and stocked !

I cannot stay away from this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are amazing! The quality is great! I love the one-stop shop for my grocery needs, home care and appliance needs, gift-giving needs, and quick, cute outfit needs! We visit, at least, once a week!

I had a very uncomfortable experience here today. What these workers need to understand is that Not Every Black Person is a thief!! It doesn’t feel good to be watched at all! The workers clearly saw me scan ALL of my items (while being watched like a hawk) and they still decided to study my receipt. This was very embarrassing to me. I hope in the near future Everyone can be seen as an equal and not singled out!

The price is expected, freely buying anything you need. But this one is kind of busy, checking out takes more than 40 minutes

Worst Walmart experience ever... An employee couldnt even tell me where a common item was, found it easily myself(shouldnt have even asked I guess). Theyre always out of bags, even reusable ones! You would think a grocery store would keep that a priority. Then because theyre out of bags they checked to make sure I scanned everything. If you had bags you wouldnt have to check people like that all the time. I understand people steal but making sure bags are available would avoid that problem a little more. Never going back to this location

Large store but the aisles are very narrow you can’t get two carts side by side. The parking lot is a mess. The store was stocked with plenty of goods.

The prices are great, but need more people to work or I mean apply too work! They are understaffed

Have been shopping here since years and the line is always slow. Self checkout is quicker, minding the liquor can’t be checked out here. Staffs have always been watchful. Inventory has been less and hard to find stuffs during this pandemic. Walmart app says the item is here at store but store rep said “WE are out” of small pool for pet (happened over summer). Some items are time consuming to find and I’d have to resort to Amazon.

Convenient location. The wait for the customer service was very long.

I love shopping here but sometimes it’s ridiculous that it gets really packed and there’s only a few registers open. The prices have definitely gotten higher. Other than that, it usually has what I’m looking for.

Typical of Walmart nothing stand out or spectacular. Produce could of been a little fresher. And dog food variety could be a little bigger. But overall 4/5 stars.

As you all know, Walmart has about 100 employees but at the same time none to help you inside the store. I waited about 30 to 40 mins to get some bike parts from the locked display cabinet. But we go back because of the prices so its a balance I guess.

Walmarts in Sourthern California are horrible. Too many people, not enough things on shelves, lines that extend 50 feet into the clothing sections.Not a good time.This one doesnt check your receipt every time though so thats nice.But its walmart, they theoretically have most stuff you need and its reasonably priced.The corporate bosses need to hire more people and pay better.Update:Having to wait 40 minutes for an employee to show up to open something or cut fabric for you is utterly ridiculous. Down to 1 star from two...

Love my local walmart but there is never enough associates running the registers. Just left and they only had two registers going with the lines 8 people deep and backed up self check out.

Todays visit was quick, in and out. They was out of stock on a lot of things. Although it was lots of associate on the floor stocking...

No checkers to assist disabled people. Not ok in my book! It seems like there would be an ADA regulation requiring assistance. Not all disabilities are visible!

Horrible location, I tried to give this Walmart plenty of chances but everytime I go a worker gets attitude when I ask for help. Sorry I’m telling you to do your job? They either don’t want to help or respond very rude. Very unprofessional place, why work here if you can’t even give basic customer service. I come here to shop not to deal with immature workers. Walmart needs to get rid of the people making their store look bad.

Used their curbside pickup for the first time. What a huge mistake. Directions were not clear, employees were rude. Never going to any Walmart again. Target is way better and their employees dont yell at you for following the website directions.

Though Ive always had somewhat of a pre disposition with walmart on principal based on many practices to which they operate as well as the overall economical implications of such an entity; I had , until a couple days ago, frequented the establishment regularly or semi regularly.However this last trip to Walmart on van Buren will certainly be the catalyst for my boycotting them.My vehicle is facing an issue and I was heading over there to purchase what I needed to operate the vehicle safely.When I arrived the vehicle was no longer safe to operate. It was about forty minutes before opening time so in this very large parking lot I found a suitable spot off to my own to mind my own business, relax and read a bit.Immediately security drove over to me and informed me that it is private property I must leave and can return when the store opens.Wow. My explanation was futile therefore in vain. Not to mention a security guard there once broke my window to my vehicle about 7 months ago.

Ive always been a fan of walmart. They have literaly everything. I recently avoid going due to the busy flow of traffic. The lines stay long. They have no order or structure.

Prices are cheap on the grocerys, the Deli when fully stocked cant be beat.

This is the 3rd in the line. They are great and all are different. They can be funny and fast moving. There are all lines in the books but you can still read any one alone and will still enjoy it but I enjoy reading in order. Love them all.

Love Wal-Mart but this particular time I was dissatisfied because some shelf needed to be restock alot of them were empty. Come here to buy my kitties their food because they carry the 18lb bag of purina naturals but this time the shelf were emptied. But other than that I love coming here cause u cant beat their prices.

Well stocked but REALLY crowded. Has a huge grocery section. Keeps the home products well stocked. Not a fan of the partitioned beauty section but I understand they felt the need. You’re going to have to wait a long time to buy beauty products because of it. Beware of the car stopper magnets towards McDonald’s! There’s no painted line. I got stuck with a cart full and had to switch my bags to a cart 3 aisles away. Really frustrating.

Great store we originally went there for an ice machine then my grandma got hooked up on their huge produce selection and went down every isle this time we didn’t stay till the store was nearly closed but she got like 3 bottles of her favorite salad dressing Witch happens to be “Rare” from what is normal to her, walking to the cash register we filled up a full basket and a half from going down every isle because he has her scooter and just drives, looks , and grabs turns out the ice machine we wanted was out of stock.

Easy self check out. No problem with lines as they moved really fast in self check. Just proof positive that even when a bunch of high schoolers are running the place we citizens can handle our own purchasing. Thankfully Wal-Mart has both the option to self checkout and the reserve of 25%of all purchases to return to theft protection insurance. Smart move. But still great prices.

It might have been helpful to let customers know you dont have bags before they shop. A whole shopping cart, load it one by one into car and unload at home one by one. Not the slightest apology from Walmart staff.Maybe the greeters at front door could have informed shoppers.

That super Walmart is huge and better than it was b4 I love it and it still our local Walmart things at usually clean and organized

Staff was helpful, clean environment, great assortment of product. The negative part of my experience was that they placed a small, magnetic ice cream bar dispensary at the beginning of the check- out aisle which I couldnt resist... But thats my fault. 😁

This Walmart is like your typical Walmart. Its not on the upscale end of Walmart like I have experienced in the past but its not worse than the normal Ive experienced. Overall 4 stars.

Too big! Too busy! I hate shopping!The bathroom was a bit too messy 🤢The employees there that I have had direct contact with are always one of two ways: either they are very friendly and helpful or they seem like they totally hate their job and couldnt care less to be there or not.Also, on this night I was there, a man kidnapped a baby 😑 It appeared to be a parental abduction. Poor baby.

Im pretty sure half of the employees were high. Also, the entire store smelled of marijuana. Pretty good customer service though 👍. Not my cup of tea but hey, glad to see happy employees for once 😎.

What more is there to say about Walmart. Can’t go wrong with the prices. Which entails long lines and not the best service or customers. For the most part it’s always clean organized and that’s why they deserve a five star rating

Always find what Im looking for whether it be food, clothes or other necessities. Some items are limited and sometimes, sparse. Keep in mind that there still is a 6 feet apart rule while you line up. Please be respectful of others & please wear a mask. 😷😷😷

Messiest, most CROWDED one Ive been to. Aisles blocked everywhere with carts/shelves of things needing to be stocked on shelves. You cant even stand for one minute and look at items without having to shuffle out of someones way every second. No one ever comes when you press the buttons for locked up items. Lots of the time theres no one working in cosmetics so you cant purchase any of that stuff. Employees arent helpful or polite. Used to shop at the one in Perris daily. Now that I live near here, I wont shop at the this one. Gave it a few tries but its just a hectic mess of a shopping trip.

Out of many things. Lines were 9 carts deep at the few open checkouts. Employees are very nice though.

This Walmart is always just way to crowded and shelves can never stay stocked long enough. Not only are customers rude but employees are not any better. If you need an item behind lock and key, average wait time is 20 minutes.

It isnt so much WalMartas it is their less than desirable lower class of customer these stores attract. Especially late at night. I dont understand the whole families with the grandma, the son, with pregnant girlfriend, their two other toddler children, and perhaps a teenage cousin, who brought her promiscuous best friend all shopping at 1:30am in the morning

Its a good store to shop at, near home so cant complain. Im sure theres better ones but been going there for years.

I like ths place. It has clothing, groceries, deli, and house items, paints, ect... they pretty much have it all. Parking lot is big and many handicap parking spaces too.

It was a clean environment today. However, there were no baskets available as we arrived. During a time with the pandemic, I like to go in quickly and get my items and leave quickly. The self check line was quick !!

I shop here for all my household stuff. They always have the best prices and the selection is usually pretty good. The pickup option is nice if I dont have time to shop.

This was my 1st time. I was looking for a Smart Style Center but there wasnt anything. There was a Burger King inside though.
