Negative 10 stars.Worst Doctor ever, who took the oath to help people in pain. Who doesnt even care to listen even on the phone.This is the second time.1st when i had a severe backache where i couldnt even move, and she was on “vacation”, her staff said you need to manage on your own. The doctor did not even have any emergency nurse for phone consultation. Even during A PANDEMIC!!Today was the worst, i called to ask what i need to do regarding my muscle spasm i had, so severe that i could not move one inch and it was so painful i was stuck at work.She came on the phone and i said i have severe muscle spasm. To that she did not even let me finish and said “get an appointment with my nurse and if you cant then go to ER, DO NOT CALL ME AND HUNG UP”. I was in tears with that pain and that namesake doctor didn’t BOTHER to even ask what the problem was.PLEASE PAY A HIGHER FEE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL HAVE NO DOCTOR TO ATTEND IN CASE OF YOUR NEED.SHAME ON SUCH PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES DOCTORS.
As a patient of Dr. Patel my health has never improved greater. She is tough when she needs to be, does not candy coat, but is real and cares. Something I need. Under her care she helped me to lose 180 lbs. I no longer have high Blood pressure, no longer have asthma, no longer need meds of any kind. She changed my life. She listened. She cared.
Worse doctor ever!!Does not have one care bone in her.Awful in every sense.How is she a doctor I have no idea please be aware of her rudeness and carelessness.
Dr. Patel is really friendly and kind. She asked alot of history questions and was very informative. I didnt feel like she was rushing, like most doctors do. Also staff is really friendly. I am very pleased with my consult today, and will keep going back to Dr Patel.
I would give 0 star but i dont have choice. so i have to give one star.the staff is so rude. never helpful and it always take longer than usual to get approval from dr. patels office. it sucks.
Dr Patel doesn’t even deserve one star. Very rude and careless has no patience for us patients. The only thing good about this office is the office staff are very nice. Will not be returning to this awful doctor
It seems she has a lot of back ground expirence, because of the Corona Virouse it took us over 3 weeks to be able and see my mother in law Maria Jimenez. Lets see what my mother in.opinion is!
Best Dr. ever I luv her she caring she take time to listens to ur concerns she takes time to explain whats wrong with you and why she can be really straight out but I prefer that then to be lied to.. I luv her honesty I appreciate it everything she does and all her personal are awesome always there to help you!! I highly recommend her!!
Dr. Patel is like no other. She is compassionate yet very firm with the care of her patients; if she gives you instructions to better your health, she expects you to follow through and will check up on you. Dr Patel will keep you on your toes and in good health.
I feel as though a load has been lifted. Our familyDoctor Thomas L Davis III retired and I have not been able to find one direct to and to the point. Dr Amiksha Patel gives you advise on what to eat and makes sure you are exercising. She also got to the source of my sons migraines.
Worse Doctor in Riverside. She does not care of your health issues there is never anything wrong with you, she always has the worst attitude.
Dr. Patel is not only rude but completely unhelpful I had recurring infections and have seen her sometimes twice in a month for almost a year! she did nothing to help me! But give me attitude and kept telling me to drink water! She was so willing to take my money but never spent more than 5mintues seeing me! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. If I could give her 0 stars I would
Appointment was at 1130 wasnt seen until 1250. I have a two month old who hasnt been eating as much as he used to. I was concerned. all other doctors recommend to tell them when feeding patterns change. But she said just feed him more often. ( but hes not eating) after she finishes with his vitals she says no more work now time to play with baby and picks up my baby and kisses his cheek. Hello . Keep your lips off my baby. Plus the nurse didnt even have the room ready for us fumbling around couldnt figure out where to put everything. Unorganized. Horrible place.

Very unprofessional very insulting. I went in for issues with leg pain and hand pain and was asking for a referral for a neurologist, podiatrist, and dermatologist. She said she thought I was an alcoholic, and that I was just there to score drugs. And then told me she wanted to put me on antidepressants and mood stabilizers. When I repeatedly told her I did not want any medication I just want a referral. She was completely not focused on the issues I came for and spent the whole time telling me that I’ve made nothing the bad decisions in my life and that I’m gonna wind up homeless. She’s also my father’s Doctor Who has cancer . My final straw was when she suggested that I’m depressed because my father is going to die and he is my only source of income. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other doctor. I’ve never been so insulted and offended and a medical environment before my life.
Went to her she acted concerned and I was telling her about my back issue and she referred me to a specialist then when he said he couldn’t really help I called her office and they told me she no longer wanted to be my doctor I was like umm ok she thought I was lying just to get whatever and 2 years later I finally found a doctor who believed me and did extra xrays I never had in 3 years and they found the problem. I don’t know what her problem is but I am happy she is not my doc anymore rude.
Terrible service and the doctors dont care about there patients just want money,Im not coming back Im changing my doctor they are rude and they dont care if your dieng or something if you feel bad and need a appointment right away they say ......make an appointment that is like next week Or next MONTH and your already gonna be feeling.fine.Recomeded for those people who are finding a doctor.....dont go there!!!!!😵😷😨😱😬👎👎👎💩💩💩🔫🔪💸💸🏥‼

Worst doctor, rude, called me fat, not overweight EVERY visit. Doesnt address your concerns, but hers. Will not fill out any type of paperwork. Has NO business being a doctor.
