This cottage is beautiful. River is just behind the cottage. Staff were very helpful and caring . Food is awesome. Ill totally recommend this place.

Its a nice little place to stay in the mountain valley not too far from Delhi, just far enough to get away from the crowd and the noise. Given that its not a very luxurious resort. Its pretty basic actually, but the cottages have nice feel to it. The food and service was great and being literally next to the river is a mesmerizing experience.

Excellent place to hang out with friends. Taste of food was great and the owner of this place is very friendly and good person. This is a river side property and gives an excellent view in day. One can totally relax there.

FRAUD STAFF !!!What they are offering Will not be deliver.WORST STAY ever i had..Wifi (without connectivity), 1 star is for food only, One more worst experience was we mistakenly gave them extra 10k rupees which they had not returned back despite lot of calls and request.DONT BOOK THIS COTTAGE, ABSOLUTLEY FRAUD !!

It is affordable resort with good food taste... Clean and hygienic room... And polite supportive staff .....

FRAUD!!!!! Do not visit!!!Many people used to pay online/UPI etc which they will refuse that they recieved money. They are a team of goons who will force you to pay cash and then they will say that they will return money(bank issue, server issue etc) if they have it in account which they will not....they do not accept calls when you ask for money. I did almost 200 calls to them from different numbers.Be aware! Mr. Ajay Parmar/ Rishabh aggrawal the owner and caretaker both running business on these frauds that no one will come to Rishikesh again for 10000 rs.I have to chase them for 7 days to get my money back..that too partial return (although he accepted that he has my money twice).People who visit from Delhi or other far places dont spoil your mood as you can not afford to chase them which I did as I am from nearby city.In terms of facility you will see a total unhygienic place...local staff.. do not bring your family or friends there.Overall... A very pathetic experienceNote: Previously this property was handled by different staff. So dont go to other reviews which have given good ratings..look for reviews after 22nd March 2021, since then it is given to these fraudsters!

Good budget stay, backside Heval River is the charm of the place. Owner/Sr. Management is way good, on the other hand staff is bit below the mark, not promising with this factor.

Very nice place to stay

This is a river side cottage and a excellent property to hang out with your friends. The owner of property Mr. Kholia and staff is so friendly and polite. Also, they serve tasty and great breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.Rishikesh is one of my favorite destination and i am staying at this property since 2013 and enjoyed services of this cottage every time.In 2018, i planned my company trip to Rishikesh and we stayed at this cottage. Mr. Kholia offered us DJ and live cricket match at large screen without any additional cost. :)

Management is really good...food is very tasty..nd they never say no to your any of your requirements.Extremely satisfied!!

Well, Im a huge fan of this cottage and the services they offer since past 6-7 years. Mr. Rajendra Kholia(Owner) is a very friendly and humble person and knows how to deal with his clients. The staff of Heval cottage knows their stuff pretty well, be it the cook, the caretaker or the owner himself. Im seriously the biggest fan of this cottage.I went there to enjoy the new year eve and the arrangements were just awesome be it the competitions, indoor games, food, DJ etc, everything was worth complimenting.I will never stop visiting this place and would like to say thanks to Mr. Rajendra Kholia for the great hospitality.

The heval river cottage is near the river. You can have 4 times meal along with snacks. The cost for per day is little bit of higher side which includes rafting as well. The badminton and volleyball court is there. You can enjoy the river near by. Carry sunscreen as well . The different varieties of accomodations available. The couple basis and group basis (can have 5 people in a room) with cooler.

After a lot of research checking google reviews and tripadvisor reviews. I booked this camp.If you dont have your car and stay here you have to pay ₹500 per car trip for rafting or rishikesh pooja or something.Cottage is near river bed and location is also good. Staff is really nice and courteous.Chess, badminton, football, volleyball, etc games can be played here.Food is also very good. You get snacks & hot tasty food. Pakodas & french fries what they server as evening snacks.Out of all the rooms the best match for me was room no. 4.Rooms are dirty and blankets also have alot of cigarette burn marks. Washrooms are also very dirty and there is no geyser. You would be getting heating rod for bathing purpose.Apart from food, I didnot like the cottages very much. It is not that I was staying in cottage like this for the first time but rooms need to be clean.Anyways for food quality, staff behaviour and location near tributary one would easily give them 2stars out of 5stars without any second thought.

Enjoy life... Not full of amenities but behind this cottege is a river. Waist size... Immerse yourself in nature... Can take your stuff too... Iykwim

Checked in with family, we were 5 adults, a child and our pet. the cottage allotted to us was big with 2 double and 2 single beds. But no storage racks or almorahs for our luggage. The room has not enough lights, not enough space to move around in the room as of lots of beds around. Food included was just okay, evening snacks are not at all good, one evening they served batata bada with bread pakora, they were so oily that I had a bite and both my hands were dripping with oil. They should improve food quality and should arrange for some almirah or racks in cottages to keep luggage.

Affordable and you would be suprised how much they offer to eat. Located just by a stream of water. Can play volley ball, badminton. You can do a bonfire at night if need be. Overall value for money.

They arrange for rafting with cheaters who have a very well planned strategy to loot you.The person (GAUTAM) Who took us to rafting took our phones, watch, wallets kept it in waterproof bag. He disappeared for some time and stole money from our wallet and returned it.No action was taken by one Mr Sharma ji (supposedly his boss) or the cottage management. Been there for my husbands birthday celebration. had booked the package of 2 nights and 3 days with rafting and trekking. the place is wonderful and the staff is very cooperative and they helped my in the preparations of the party. only thing is it is far from Rishikesh. but it is mid way for Neelkanth mandir and rishikesh so you wont mind staying there. the commutation was arranged by the resort manager so no worries. then the food was very homely. it was buffet with breakfast lunch and dinner as promised in the package. The staff is warm and polite. Had already made plans for the same resort for the next time.Wow experience!
