There for a team seminar. The staff was incredible, thinking about all the details to make you satisfied. They really made strong efforts for our stay.The rooms are spacious and very well equipped with fridge, boiler and tea/coffee, water heater, ... some rooms have balconies.Amazing view environment. River, garden, trekking paths and roads all around within small Villages to explore.No chemicals used in the swimming pool :)To improve, the rooms could be cleaned more deeply between each customer. Less paper cups, and small sachets of tea, coffee and stop some lights by days in halls to reduce negative impact on this beautiful natural environment.

Best Resort for Family and Friends Stay . The scenic views from the balcony Like River , Swimming Pool ,Mountains alongwith Amazing food, Courteous staff , the arrangements for the evening snacks and DJ , Playing Room , Beautiful Rooms for Stay everything was at par from any resort. But slightly Internet facility is not up to the mark and location is slightly far from City ( but if staying in Resort through out your vacation than no worries)I would definitely recommend Avenue18 to Friends and Families .

Had such an amazing stay at Avenue 18 Resort, which is in a wonderful and peaceful location by the side of the river stream and hills. There is a big garden where you can always find a good spot to relax, and indoor/outdoor games area if you want to have a fun moment.This is the first time I encounter a staff who is so caring, smiling and helpful making sure we were all having a great time. The food was very tasty and the evening snacks such a great addition to our stay. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

It is not as huge as it appears in pics. August is very humid with rains and no air at all. The beds are low floor and highly uncomfortable. Power cutoff is a major Concern specially during nights. Though there is a lot of staff still cleanliness is the big big concern..so do not expect sanitization for sure. Spider webs are common and housekeeping cleaning is very very poor and lazy. You need to be on their head to get your room properly cleaned up, bed sheets changed and toiletries and coffee tea refilled. Make sure u go there only when its a public holiday..if there r few guests..the food is full of oil with repeated vegetables and lesser choice and non-veg item may be repeated in different meals. On a public holiday or Saturday with full house booking u get superb food all day with live music concert.. managers/ owners are very friendly and cooperative specially Mr Grover..but to have a safe experience cleanliness is very important during pandemic times.

Very very poor services. Dirty rooms. Stale food. My friend got food poisoning. Nobody is there to listen & take action. Worst experience ever. The hotel is not atall like photos. Dont get tricked. And its Not near the main river.

One of the best stays . We were a family of 16 adults with 3 kids. Each one of us enjoyed during our stay . Meals served was delicious . We enjoyed the flowing river nearby, swimming pool, outdoor garden, Dj etc. Everything was superb🙏

The location of the resort is not good and quite in the interior..about resort- it only looks good in pictures.In the restaurant there were 2 cats roaming all three days of our stay.pool wasnt clean, the play area is full of damp smell and there were bikes parked , coal rags kept in it, as if they have converted the garage or store into playzone.food was ok with less variety..They didnt even had basic things like- boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, bournvita or chocos for kids.To conclude the resort was not worth a single penny.

Poor service staff not supported, room service very poor..ask for saled but provide it a smelling and 2 days old..not hygine,food equality is very poor ..ask for chapati at the time time of meal but they says its finised..at this poor service they cost very higher from per person.And not good for family stay because of its very cheap place due to people drink openly and not COVID protocol.

It was a very very pleasant stay over there,we had a great time with family the amenities over there was kept in mind for each and every age group,from kids to young as well as senior citizens...the food was also good, its a bit of the track location but worth travelling I must say... Rooms & service: Rooms on one side get a balcony with swimming pool view, the mountains and a small tributary on the backside of the hotel. Overall nice and clean rooms with all necessary amenities.However, WiFi is only available at the reception and restaurant area. Room service is quiet quick.Restaurant : Above average in terms of both variety and taste.Location : A bit off route - around 15-20 km from main Rishikesh and 1 km from jumping heights. While it is peaceful, dont expect the picturesque view of the Ganges nearby.Other notable services : Bonfire, Live music, DJ night, games arena etc

A GENUINE REVIEWStarting with the good ones -1. FOOD - I cant tell you how tasty is the food over here. They have a buffet system for breakfast, lunch, dinner, with the evening snacks. (Food was included in our package).2. STAFF - courteous, helpful.3. Playing music is fine over here - I with my friends took the JBL speaker and enjoyed music there. (Do not disturb others by opening your balcony window and then playing music on full volume).4. Feels like a mini picnic (not too far from rishikesh.NOW, THE CONS. which might not be the same to you but you should know before going here.1. So, during the month (I with my friends visited) i.e. in march - they do not have a power backup for AC and power cuts can be found frequent over here.2. Connectivity can be an issue here at times. Most of the times youll have networks.JIO worked fine.Airtel - so so.(Con. Associated with this - they dont have WIFI for guests.)3. You wont find this place on any booking website or app (as far as I know) and runs totally on WORD OF MOUTH. But I did find the crowd there to be a little insensitive. Basically people with money but no sense of decency that other people are also there and not to shout on the mic. In the evening.4. If youre going there, make sure either youve a taxi serving your stay for a few days or YOUR OWN CAR. We had to book a cab from there to haridwar and no cab could be find by ola/uber though scheduled cabs. - NOTHING.So, youll have to take the concern to reception and those guys have contacts, theyll talk to their knowns and find you a taxi.Taxis are definately gonna charge you more.We got charged 2200/- INR from the resort to haridwar. So, keep care of that.5. Unm... The value for money, time & distance might not be satisfactory, but negotiation at such a place which gives you food for all three times (and trust me - SO DAMN TASTY) with basic play room, gym (it was locked though), swimming pool and everything, can prove to be a decent place to visit with your loved ones.Yes, pretty much that only.💯

The serene views from the balcony , the amazing food, courteous staff , the arrangements for the evening snacks, everything was at par from any resort Ive been in the mountains.Id whole heartedly recommend Avenue18 to anyone whos looking for calm, peaceful , untroubled location for few days without having to worry about anything.

I visited this place this weekend with friends and must say I never thought that we will find such perfect location, view in whole Rishikesh. Everything about this place was so perfect that we were in awe of each and everything happened there. From view to pool, sport activities, lunch dinner, snack, room cleanliness, food everything was so perfect that too at such low price. We would definitely want to visit this place again and again.

Place is good and nicely located with tasty food. But price is too high and basic amenities from room was missing. Not much variety in Lunch and no non-veg options in lunch. Staff was good and humble.You need to call several times to recharge the DTH.GYM was only name of an empty room.. No equipments.All games (Table tennis, Archery, Pool table) was placed in basement parking.They provided a truck tyre tube in pool instead on pool tube.No pool etiquettes regarding dress, even people wearing jeans were in the pool.

Located near a Tributary to the Holy Ganga, in the proximity of Jumpin Heights (popular for bungee jumping). This is a very new property which has been tastefully curated. There is a pool with crystal clear water and a bunch of other activities like pool table and Cricket that you can enjoy.Rooms are clean, spacious and offer good if not great views.I would recommend a visit for one or two nights.P. S : On the way there is a great great scenary when we cross the second bridge to reach the property, I wish I could have cafe near it.

I had 2 visits on alternate weekends.1st trip was good, staff was very polite, good ambience and facilities, food was also good.2nd trip was pathetic, ants in the room but later they changed it. If no electricity then AC will not work, I dont know why they have kept DG there, even Fan was also not working on that whole floor.When I complained they said Sir adjust kar lo.Food was good as always, but evening snacks was pathetic.

I visited this place last week and I didnt expected that it could be so nice . This place was superb full of greenery and the peace which we felt . The best things which I liked was our huts/camps were just beside the ganga and which gives the surrounding do peace and pure essence and the sound of water was love . Oh my god that feeling was commendable . There were breakfast,lunch & dinner facility also which was quite tasty.

Extremely overpriced, food was good but didnt has variery, for example no juice in breakfast, only one type of nonveg in dinner. Althought Staff was extremely helpfull. They also have a disc, which is the only reason i gave two star. Single star was more then enought otherwise. Situated on the shore of river, true, but its not the main river and water was below my knees here., So again disappointment. They do have pool but water is not controlled. To my surprise they dont serve alcohol and nearest wineshop is an hour away. Whixh was a huge disappointment to us.

This was the best happening place in Rishikesh i ever visited , with having plenty of Things to do, indoor games ( like table tennis, 8 ball pool, carrom ) outdoor games (like cricket, volleyball,) each & every staff over there was so friendly.Perfect view of Mountains & river allows you to sit in peace & Cherrish the beauty of nature.Taste of Food was also Fine, but One thing i want to suggest is that the service of buffet , was a bit slow, try to boost that ,Rest everything was Good.
