I was searching for a internet provider but unfortunately I got connected with these people. Now and then their wifi system is down. Because I am working from home, its very necessary for me to be online but because of them I am facing so many problems. Its very frustrating. I asked them for disconnection but they didnt even reply.

I am using linkwave in RISHIKESH from last 1 year it was good or you can say super till 3 month back but now they are not respond for anything. Internet speed becoming very slowly it get discount. Loss of connection every day for 2-3 hr minimum.If you complaint Engineer not visit, if you call Engineer they simply told you Sir I am on leave as I as soon as possible I will address your problem. Then you have to wait 2 or more days because I think they have changed some of good engineer who are working previously .If I rated 6 months back I will give 5 stars..Please improve your services. For such service I can give you 1/2 🌟

Really, really these 1 star reviews is true and people’s are agreed with their review including me. They are really a big scammer. They put 4500 rs to my bill without any reason. And they saying Its a service charge. And when i didnt pay them they cut my connection and sent 3 boys to take the devices back and the wire. Ive filed a complaint against them on police station hope they will help me.

I started using link wave service from 1st March 2020.I was told that better to use local internet provider cz they will have better customer service.It was working ok for 2 months and then they used to disconnect my internet every 3rd day.When u complain they will say team is working and it will restart in 2-3 hrs.. but in reality it would take 2-3 days.In the last months my internet was disconnected on 27 aug, 30 aug , 3 sept , 7 sept , 12 sept , 16 sept , 23 sept , 28 sept and every time i complained and they would say WIRE KAT GYI HAI.. and now its not functioning since 3 Rd oct morningFinally I decided to get rid of link waveAdvice- never use their connection.. worst service.

Terrible service. The internet isnt working for thr past 15 days! No one picking our repeated calls. Now I want to call them to disconnect my connection, but they arent picking up for that either. Look for an alternate provider, dont go with these irresponsible guys.

Too much iritaded with this connection from past 2 months very slow speed and sometimes not even getting the actual speed. It is happening in ganganagar only or everywhere i dont know but i didnt like the experience anymore.Very poor behaviour and unprofessional.👎👎👎

First of all i dare the linkwave management to reply to this comment.The customer care number provided on official linkwave website wont work , you can try it.All those guys who has given me the connection and rest of the linkwave personnel wont lift customers calls if the customer is calling them .There is no internet connection in ganganagar area since 29.09.2020. ive called all the linkwave numbers that i have , no one has lifted my phone after multiple attempts. Luckily once they have lifted and ive raised my complaint.Today its 02.10.2020 , no one is lifting my phone. Internet connection is still not there.Seriously ???? This is how you deal with your customers????I need a reply from linkwave management officially here .

Most Unprofessional & poor connectivity . I have been trying to reach them from last couple of weeks & their is no proper response, They made fake promise during the time of installations, We are without internet from last 6 moths & they blame vodafone for this, Sick People

Their pace of working is even slower than BSNL. I guess they are surviving only because there arent many competitors in Dehradun. It has been over 2 weeks since I made a request for a new internet connection. They came for survey after a week, and even after 7+ days of conducting survey they havent set up my connection, nor are they answering calls.Pathetic service so far. But since i have no choice i have to wait for them. Hopefully the connection will be good and i wont have to deal with their customer service.

Worst ISP service provider, plans are very expensive , internet is always down then they make silly excuse on why the internet is not working. I DO Not Recommended. Go for some ISP provider.
