Its good having nice parking and environment. Guards are there for 24 hour safety. And the lift is also there

Vasudev Appartment is a great place to live as well as to invest as it is 10 mts walking distance from AIIMS Rishikesh and Seema Dental College.The Place is developing fast and the road is fastly coverting into a 4 line highway.The place is secure and built well.Only disadvantage(advantage for an investor) is high rents.Rent for 1bhk is from 9000 to 12000.Rent for 2 bhk is 15000 to 17000 per month.

Well some of the partners arent good, and a lot of single guys make nuisance by partying, drinking and doping in the flats.
