The property is great, well maintained garden and pool. The rooms near the pool could have been a bit bigger. The location is good. The food severed by the restaurant is also good ans reasonably priced. The service was also great, staff we as humble, helpful and efficient.The down side is the housekeeping was not efficient there were times when we wanted our room to be cleaned but it was not done.I will still want to go back to the Narayan palace ... Request the management to better their housekeeping.

But there was a last minute change of resort due to some covid regulations which my family was not informed of beforehand(Were informed very late by the oraganiser)Then we had no choice but to shift to the narayana palaceRoom 219 geyser was not working107 sink, as well as toilet flush were defectiveDangerously negligent in the form of :There were apparently naked wires lying on the dancing stage, my friends and cousins experienced shocks, fortunately saved from getting electrocutedThe wedding had to be shifted indoors due to last minute rains(But this was anticipated well in advance by our organiser); despite that the indoor hall ac not working, it was scorching hot & humid especially so during the pherasHighly uncomfortable for guests and hosts alikeMist fans were also breaking down due to some issue with power supply/technical problemNo electronic lockers/ lockers provided in room for keeping valuable items or jewellery

Actually i went their as it was my friends destination wedding venue. Really if want affordable budget destination wedding package then the narayana palace is the one you are looking for. It has beautiful location for photoshoot as it is situated near epic laxman jhula in Rishikesh.By the way, I liked the staff also very much. They are sweet guys.

This place has great ratings for a reason - they work to maintain their high hospitality standards.Staying here is a great experience, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We requested vegetarian food and they made a special menu for us, which was very nice of them. Perhaps one quibble is that on the third day of our stay we would have liked some different food options.The rooms and the atmosphere of the place are great too. Super clean rooms. Sanitized and sealed towels. Felt safe to stay. Just make sure you book your pool slot early, it’s well lit even at night and the views are as spectacular. Most of the restaurants in the hotel require a reservation but there are a couple of walk-in only ones too.You don’t need to do a separate safe entry to go into the mall where there are more affordable meal options.in my opinion its the best hotel in rishikeshHighly recommended

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Honeymoon stay here . Our room was in the newly renovated Fantasy Tower, and it is beautiful! Although renovations are still in progress in the resort pool area, it in No wise took away from the available amenities. The Hotel was an awesome alternative, which was a short walk next door. The fitness center was second to none and the workers were friendly all around. Its a great choice for your Rishikesh vacation!

We had a lovely staycation here - the room was surprisingly baby-friendly (spacious with large windows, large & soft carpet area, and a couple of stairs leading to bathroom which our 1 yr old found very interesting). The service crew put protective covers on all the furniture edges prior to our arrival. Service, food and facilities were all just perfect!Room and service is amazing! Will love to come back!!

Nice resort, to relax and chill. Rooms are spacious and the pool is very clean. There are swings and sitting arrangements in the garden to relax and have some me-time.The place is beautifully done up. Staff is co-operative and friendly.Near to Laxman jhula and can go there by walking.The resort is surrounded by nice cafes like karma cafe, the 60s life etc and the booking offices for adventure activities are also a stone throw away.

Its beautiful , greenery is mesmerizing,. Although it was damn HOT and Humid but due to the dense plantation around and within the living spaces heat didnt affect us . Great premium experience. suite was really comfy, well-stocked with amenities and spacious. balcony gave us a way to chill beside the bed. lunch, tea-break and dinner is great at club. breakfast has great outdoor cafe ambience with wolfgang puck pool-side restaurant.. pool was especially nice now that there is a booking system so no crowding.. view is spectacular as always. if wanna shop I will suggest take train to promenade though.. much more variety..And the view of ganga river from the hotel is just awesome ❤️Highly recommended

After my check-in Ankit ( the guy from housekeeping) he is really sweet, carried my luggage to my room. We were on our honeymoon and had been having some poor service at other hotels, but here everything was so much amazing and they upgraded us to a top floor to a beautifully decorated room with mind relaxing view of the Ganga river and truly made our experience fantastic. Its clear they have trained each and every person to be covid alert as they all were following covid instructions very properly and no one was allowed to enter who was without the mask. We had no problem reaching the hotel as it is nearby to the railway station as well. Overall a very romantic and comfortable experience.

Lakshmanjhula jhula view is amazing .The pool was nice and the breakfast buffet is the best of the best. I really recommend you to try waffle with ice cream and Chinese food. Youll thank me later. Oh ya, and I got a box of tasty chocolates in the room. And the room is huge! Bigger than an average .

I have been here 3-4 times and this is definitly the best if you want to escape from your hectic life(atleast for me). Very clean hotel, good facilities. My room had lakhsman jhula and Ganga river view. Staff is polite. Pramod (the guy from housekeeping ) he is fun.The one thing I loved the most was the bed, it was So damn comfortable yaar. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the Rishikesh. The five star rating is well earned with superb service. Our huge room was clean, had a fantastic infinity pool, and was well stocked with free water and fruit. Breakfast was delicious and also included. There are many relaxing spots around the hotel property where you can spend hours looking out over or curl up with a book. Very helpful staff , I really like the biryani which was served with banana leaf.. Lastly I would like to thank Ishan . Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed with my family (three generations ranging from 25 to 80) inthis hotel. What a gorgeous room with views from every possible place! The accommodations were amazing and the staff unbelievably wonderful.Our host Ishan was kind and so incredibly helpful. There was nothing for us to ever worry about. He had it covered. The household staff worked hard behind the scenes so that we could totally relax. Dishes were always done, laundry every day (bring fewer clothes!!!), and they were fabulous as that is our thing.And even though we didnt ask for it, fresh fruit cut up would appear regularly or special treats.I really like the food especially the biryani served with banana leaves ...overall an amazing experience ✌️✌️

We felt cared for and absolutely spoiled by luxury the entire time we were there, the scenery was beautiful and the rooms perfect with a mixture of styled furniture and modern comfort. This place is a sanctuary in this busy country.I could not complain about anything in this hotel. It is environmentally friendly, and their designs feature bamboo and warm tones. The infinity pool is amazing albeit cold (if only the pools were heated). The room is spacious and well designed. If I ever want to go for a staycation again, Ill definitely come here!

Some things to watch for:- keep Your showers short. water heater for shower May not be able to support. It only handles 15 liters- they have tea and coffee bags in the room. The water heater cord is short so we had toImprovise.- western sockets for power- Wi-Fi reception- breakfast buffet is good- 24 hour restaurant

The places had swings, a guitarist came in the evening and created good atmosphere. The place also is walking distance from Laxman Jhula as well as rafting offices. Great place to relax in rishikesh. Lots of carbs in their buffet breakfast and afternoon tea.pool is great. Resort staff is always smiling and welcoming.People who stay in this result is normally families and people who wants to spend time with their spouses. Very pocketfriendly. Hotel is near lakshmanjhula and ganga river so you can also go for a walk in evening over there. Atmosphere was very pet friendly. Loved to visit there. A premium quality hotel in shivpuri Rishikesh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are always at your service. We requested a wake up call and they called us twice to make sure. The check in time is 5 am. The check out time was 8 :00 PM but we stayed until 11PM. They were very co operative. It was the best indian dhaba food i have ever had.The owner, Mr. Ishan was is a very generous and sweet man. Ill love to visit them again in future.

Food are fresh and service is good at the Narayan hotel however the buffet varieties are not wide. Can understand that it is due to Covid.The laksa looks really good with lobster however the taste lack of richness, something is missing.
